Only assuming you can't get your hands on any elemental runes. With water-fire runes you do 1,6-25% more damage, while you stand to lose 9% dps by not having any runes. Easily worth it if you are any good at dungeoneering(elemental runes are easy to get from drops as well as crafted at remote rune altars). This. Considering I already addressed the issue of fire runes in the guide, I'm curious as to why Sly decided to bring it up without a semblance of an argument to back his "point."

Being a monster hunter and dungeoneer, I typically have more negative opinions of monster hunters and dungeoneers than of PKers, simply because I interact with them far more. Can't say I've spoken to many PKers in my time. I would think that the inverse holds true: surely PKers encounter other PKers far more than they do monster hunters, and thus have a far greater chance of meeting PKers they dislike than monster hunters they dislike.

I highly recommend that you stop dungeoneering and start using lamps/peng points/tog to get to 50+. Harlakk is a horribly difficult boss for anyone of any level, solo or group.

Thats a false dilemma - theres no reason a person cant meet both criteria. You're missing the point. Is a person who sells Runescape money for real money an inherently bad person because he/she broke Runescape rules? Should you disassociate yourself from such a person because they sold RS money? If yes, on what grounds?

I would be totally fine with "veteran" level BA rewards (and thus higher requirements for the trimmed cape), but not "veteran" level MA rewards. MA is by and far the worst minigame in the history of Runescape. For it to be justifiable, they'd have to completely revamp it (and that's funny to me). BA has a huge cult following, just like CWARS, but CWARS is definitely the bigger and more popular game (likely due to the steep learning curve of BA).

Out of curiosity, what do you think about people who sell large amounts of GP for real money? Like say, $1,000 worth of GP. Are they bad people or do they just like real money more than pixel money?

Hope so. I think that's what they were planning as well, at least for the trimmed version. They should add the things they missed as well. Mod Chris L mentioned that both completionist capes are "future-proof," meaning they'll act like quest capes.

Because you have 99 summoning, they might be worth skipping. They're fairly profitable if you use a CLS + DFS and a yak, though. And if you value exp beyond 99, the crims are like third or fourth best in the game.
