She described last class how she and her twisted friends would hold book parties, with raffles and such, and before reading a new addition have contests to see who could make the most accurate predictions. I would think that, as an English teacher, she would appreciate the horrid style, lack of characterization, etc. But somehow, this is not true.

August? Whoa there, Tiger, step back down here. That's a way outdated thread by now. I used to have parental controls. They were completely stupid; random sites were blocked (such as various, completely fine pages of Halopedia, while others worked perfectly), and there was a seperate, uncontrolled browser available as well. Needless to say I used that often, though occasioanlly I would be reprimanded for it. But then when I downloaded Firefox the whole issue just evaporated somehow.

Pennywise, I feel I need to state that I had a hearty laugh at the ignorance of your statement. Horrible friends, indeed. My winter coat is a big leather coat, very warm. However, that's somewhere in the dank depths of the hall closet and would require a fully outfitted spelunking/Navy SEAL team to locate due to the 500 pairs of shoes also in there. So what I'm using now is just a rather thin hooded jacket. Thin, and not entirely warming, but it does offer greater mobility than the coat and allows me to actually move quickly.

Finished off bass career on Expert, got impatient with Hot for Teacher on guitar and just switched to Hard. But then it felt too easy :|

I haven't seen my ego in weeks. He doesn't fit through the door anymore. Cigarrete smoke smells far worse than any smpke I've smelled before. It really sucks since all the school bathrooms smell as if someone lit up 12 packs and let them sit for a month before reburning. I can't even walk in there anymore.

Man, it is freaking cold outside. Well in the "snow range". Walking home is tough. If only there were some kind of self-contained apparatus that kept you warm, but was somewhat lightweight and inexpensive.

Yeah. My loading times are nearly doubled with the game installed on the hard drive. Maybe because that was one of the reasons they had the " install onto hard-drive" option put on. -.- It wasn't just to remove disk noise, it was also made to make loading times quicker. But Halo 3 supposedly runs much slower when installed.

I actually find myself being pyro most of the time. Occasionally I'll switch to spy or something if it's necessary, but otherwise I'm either Pyro or Heavy. Though I have been trying to round myself out more with demoman and scout.

Yes, tomorrow's when I'm supposed to be getting some, but I really hope for tonight. If it snows tonight and there is no school tomorrow, I will....do something. Something good, like doing every ounce of homework I've accumulated for the weekend.

Last I got was Mirror's Edge, which is good, but a little frustrating (I was 1 damn second from finishing the chapter 2 speedrun :wall: ). Currently playing Mirror's Edge, GHIV, and Dead Space (only 3 achievements left till 1000GS).
