Recently, the hard drive in my computer finally gave out and stopped working. Before it was replaced, we managed to store our entire C drive (sort of by accident, other copy commands weren't working) onto the external hard drive purchased a few years back for just such an occasion. Now the replacement is in, and working fine. iTunes is reinstalled, working. But everything in my iTunes memory is gone. Well, not gone, but lost in the mess of the external drive. I figure no problem, I'll just find them and transfer them. I found the music....I think. There's a folder marked iTunes and one marked iPod, but neither have the files on them. There's no other folders that have anything to do with iTunes or music at all, so I don't think I'm just looking in the wrong place. Is my stuff gone permanently? I also tried to plug in my iPod, and it gave me an option to transfer the music there into iTunes, but none of the songs were able to, at all. Why would this happen? I'm pretty sure I kept my other iTunes up to date, so the files wouldn't be unable to work on a newer version, right? I know this is hard to help with, but any advice is appreciated.

Depends on the person. My loyalty has to be earned, but once it has, it's undying. People I've known for less time or haven't earned my loyalty I could go either way with, and have.

My depth perception may or may not be very slightly off. I tried to land my RC place close to the edge of a hill and ended up on the side. I was on the top of the hill at the time. The plane flipped, but nothing was damaged.

Regardless of the crime? I have my own definition of criminal, which is not covered by petty crime (theft, muggings, drug possession). I may also have my own definition of petty crime but I'm not sure at this point.

I've been away this week, just got back last night. Haven't been able to play Halo yet. But what else is in Team Melee? Hammers? Regular weapons without any ammo?

Sharks don't eat humans because we're not seals. They attack thinking we are, but realise we aren't and leave. Why most shark attacks are not fatal. More on topic (only read first 3 pages, so I may have missed something), but I don't care about any vegetarian arguments. As long as I am able to get it, I will eat meat in all its forms (well, almost all). I don't give a damn how it's killed, where it's killed, what they use to kill it, or how much it suffered. Don't try to convince me otherwise, numerous attempts have already been made. I acknowledge that a non-meaty lifestyle is just as healthy, if not more so, but I still don't care. I know the stuff that could be in the meat, but it hasn't killed me yet. I've read multiple books on the subject, articles, etc. And the bottom line is, I don't care. I'm eating me a nice, juicy hambyrger, pork chops, a big leg of turkey, all of it. I don't care what you eat, go ahead and veganize yourself. But I'm eating meat, and that's that.

Oh, I agree he should be killed, don't think I don't. I just think all criminals should be killed. I just want to know why everyone else thinks it should be as horrible as they say.

A few years ago I switched to boxers, much better. For one thing I don't feel squashed anymore.

What I find interesting here-and every other thread like it-is that people think the guy should die "horribly and painfully". From what it would seem, depending on the length of time required fo decapitation, this guy died pretty quick. I understand an eye for an eye, but an eye for an eye, a leg, and the spleen?

I think it would be harder for me to list the ethical thoughts that cross my mind. Many are some form of "just shoot the bastard".

The only, and I mean only similarity is their nuetral b... and their appearance. side B is sort of similar, as is up-B, to a degree anyways. And the aura-psychic energy stuff. Still more similarities than Mewtwo and Meta Knight.

All it said was that he stabbed and then decapitated the guy . . . I wonder how big of a knife he had on him to cut sombody's head off with it. Must have been difficult. And messy. I saw on CNN that he had "a large knife" so it must've been 6 inches at least. definitely not a pocket knife if you are chopping a guy's head off A large knife? I would think the guy would use a machete or an axe or something.

Am I the only one wondering what the hell he was using to decapitate the guy? Sounds like it must have been quick. Did it say the weapon? I didn't see it.
