  1. The smithsonian and the air and space museum aren't bad. But dammit, whenever family visits they always want to see lincoln -.- You're right, especially the Air and Space Museum isn't bad. The first few times.
  2. Oh god yes. Man that movie was so [bleep] up for a childrens movie. The junkyard scene scared the hell out of me. Great movie though. I thought the junkyard was pretty cool. But that one "Life is a movie"song disturbed me for some reason, and when the vacuum cleaner was dangling from the tree, that was scary. I'm trying to find a place online to watch it now.
  3. If you're ever in DC, find something that isn't a landmark and doesn't make you look like a tourist. But good luck with that. If you're ever in DC, and decide to forego my previous advice, don't contact any family here. Whatever you're about to go see, we've seen it. 50 times. Yes, even that.
  4. Are you kidding me, that skinhead four year old with an unusually large vocabulary still scares me. D: I consoled myslef by telling myself he had cancer, and would die sooner or later. He never did.

So after 15 levels and a tons of side-quests and explorations, I've finally really started the Main quest. Tranquility Lane was one of the most frightening video game experiences I have ever had.
  6. You mean like the one they already made? The one I'll never see because it's only on [bleep]ing Blu-Ray? But yea, one based on the game itself could work, except most of the game is "go over and get this, watch out for creepy [cabbage]".

Sounds like most of your problems are based on that particular store you go to. Gamestop may not be the best thing ever, but it certainly beats my other option; Best Buy. Although Best Buy carries more of Limited Editions, etc. that GS doesn't....higher prices, though.
  8. The exact same thing happened to me, and I waited in the ER in excess of 2 hours with a broken wrist and a gash in my knee. And then the nurse was a [puncture] and somehow, despite the anesthesia, managed to hurt me during my knee stitches. And I'm in America.
  9. It was great, and it had even better sequels, but the critics tore apart the new one because they complained that the storyline was too ridiculous. It's a freaking comedic storyline and it always has been, why are they complaining now? Because of them there probably won't be a 4th. Isn't Path of the Furon on it's way? And Big Willies Escape was kinda wierd, I didn't get into it much. But 1 & 2 were great. Nope Path of the Furon has been out for a while. Thats the one I meant when I said "the new one". I consider it number 3, since Big Willy wasn't really part of the series. Big Willy does not exist. period. I loved Destroy All Humans! and got 100% on the first two, but have not played the 3rd. The sexual innuendo in #2 is awesome, and does it just right so it doesn't go overboard. But what was really great, was that even brand new at release date I bought #2 for only $20. Can Psychonauts really be considered underrated nowadays? Sure it didn't sell well at first, but now everybody and their dong knows it, plays it, and loves it. My vote goes for Stubbs the Zombie. It was great, but I never saw a single copy in stores and only one person I know actually knows and has played the game, and he's the guy who showed it to me in the first place. Rampage was great, too, I had it on the Gameboy, I loved that Ralph wolf guy.
  10. The airboat level from Half-Life 2. Yeah, a few THOUSAND people liked that one. Yea, it was good, but it broke too much for puzzles, like the underwater see-saw.
  11. Thanks, man, I watched the smoking lettuce about 5 times in a row and am now even thinking in auto-tunes, with random injections of "it's the smooo-oo-oo-o-oke". But really, it is true, todays' pop stars don't need to make much effort. We all heard the Ashlee Simpson story where she was found to lip-sync and not even sing in the recording. Rock is not necessarily safe, either, there's at least one video of a band that falls of the stage and it keeps playing. And the whole Dragonforce-speed up thing, or whatever it is they do.
  12. Those two hairstyles look the same. If you want something like that, get a mohawk. Then mount thy sturdy pink steed and take the school by storm!
  13. This is the #1 most listened to song on my iPod, about 43 plays.
  14. Damn, then I must be a super-member or something.
  15. HELL no. At least, I'm not. I have no guns in my house, no proper equipment, and no way to get out. Well, I guess this is goodbye. Do us all a favor, and kill yourself before the zombies get to you. I'm still better off than many of us, though. I have weapon experience on the off chance I can find one ;)

  17. I was in cub scouts from Tiger-2nd year Webelo. Then I moved overseas, and there was no boy scouts. Oddly enough, there were girl scouts :| I enjoyed it, for the most part; I never made it to the actual Boy Scouts part of it, but I was fine with that. I figure when I need to start learning survival skills-which is all I would care to get out of Scouts-I can just take classes or watch Discovery Channel or something. They never had a problem with my athiesm, either. Either it didn't ever come up, or nobody cared at that level.
  18. I also love how the OP says to consider multiple zombie types, but for most of the thread the only type anyone would consider was the Romero type. Which is now acknowledged to be unlikely.

I haven't chewed a piece of gum in running on 5 years. I couldn't when I had braces, but it never really thrilled me so when they came off, I didn't really care.
  20. Holy crap, I know that game! I remember very little of it, but I remember it was really fun. It was years ago, and I only rented it, and never finished it, but it was great fun anyway. Stubbs the Zombie had some good music. Covered versions of old 50s hits, such as these: [hide=][yt]QL2UsE54PRY[/yt] [yt]BJmq_UfYIYE[/yt] [yt]BLhEUeLFm_U[/yt][/hide]
  21. Question 2 is just not fair, guys. Come on.
  22. That's happened to you how many times? And your girlfriend dumped you, making her your ex-girlfriend, and then dated herself? Third time it has happened in last 5 years... My now ex gf dumped me and started dating my gf before her Three times in 5 years? That isn't a coincidence.
  23. I have to know now; what was the combat system?

I've read both of those books, too. I was surprised how different the movie was (For Jurassic Park, I mean). They changed so many things. Andromeda Strain had a dissapointing ending. [hide=*Spoiler Alert*]Quick, we've go to find a way to stop this thing from ending the world! Nevermind, its not harmful anymore[/hide] I also read The Lost World, the sequel to Jurassic, but it just wasn't as good. Lost World was alright, but again, so many differences between book and movie. Like the Carnotaur part, they really should have included that in the movie. It's the only specific part of the book I remember
  25. E. Wonder why, if the squirrel has 3 perfectly good legs left, it is unable to move? I have a thirst for knowledge.
