It happened to me too, i was perm muted and had 14.2 black marks, now i can talk and only have 2.1 black marks..pretty good, but i can't decide which account i should play with now... :uhh:

I dunno if this has been mentioned already: Before, if you were muted and tried to say anything on public chat, your writing would appear, but only to you. Now, when you try to say something, it doesn't appear at all and a message comes up telling you that you have been muted.

I love those bars at the top...i think they are a great idea, but i hate everything else. why is clan chat in the middle, they should have left the logout button where it was and put that new summoning one at the top right =/ i also think the new levels screen thingy looks extremly ugly, i wouldn't expect jagex to do something this ugly. i really hope they change it soon.
