  1. I cannot physically write poetry without it metamorphosing into a rap song in my head. I even get snare drums, T-Pain saying "Shawtayee," all that [cabbage]. Then I realize I'm wearing a gold chain and dranking purple drank and get oh so confused. Where was I going with this? Oh, yeah. Calm down, kiddies. Or something. There's plenty of good rap.
  2. I've played Shogun, never knew it was part of the series. That was my single favorite game when I was a kid, and may yet be today. I loved making armies of crappy spearmen and hiding the most elite swordsmen (the samurais that could kill like five whole armies before dying) inside the ranks. The Mongol campaign was complete [cabbage] if you played the Japanese, though. [bleep] you all, Korean fire-throwers. I'd always be Uesugi, though. And my early battles were generally piles upon piles of the greatest archers with one or two samurai spearmen units thrown in, and I'd always force the enemies to attack the province with the two bridges. They would be destroyed. I always got really pissed when I lost guys.
  3. Or you could walk up to her next time you see her, grab her around the waist and sup girl her. Sup girl is a very fun game to play.
  4. That's really the cynical bastard in me saying that, but it really is strange that you aren't disagreeing on literally anything. Of course, you guys probably aren't making huge decisions or anything, and I wouldn't be surprised if she's a bit more interested in impressing you or something. It happens. As long as you're happy, though.
  5. Terrible. Relationships will involve fights. All relationships do. One of you isn't quite acting like yourself (not unusual). In fact, it's weird to even know someone for two months and not get pissed off at each other at least once.
  6. Not the harshness, the whole "don't just like a girl for her face and [bleep]." Although I'd appreciate her more for her body in general. There's little I don't enjoy about a girl's body. Harshness was pretty much necessary.
  7. Me and my brother are starting a baby landscaping company (baby describes the fact that it's me and him. we don't landscape babies. yet.) when he moves back. He did it with his friend when he was my age, but here a lot of people do it, so I'll need his help. Plus, none of my friends would probably do it ... Actually, that's a complete lie. It just might be better to do it with my brother. Bonding and all that [cabbage]. Seeing as he made 5 digits the very first summer he did it, I'm very much down down down down down (dooooooowwwwn, dooooowwwwwn).
  8. Stop being so pretentious, for one thing.

I drive my friends around most of the time. I would say I'm a good driver, seeing as they let me drive their cars. Hopefully I can get my license early in the morning on the first day of school next year. If not, it might take about a week. I don't have to take the test, though. Woo.
  10. I have been having trouble getting to sleep at a decent hour, too. But last night I had the best sleep in ages, so whatevs m8.
  11. Hasn't Google already pussied out and fled the country, taking absolutely none of the tea in China with them?

We get [cabbage] prompts like "Write about a time someone encouraged you!"

Yeah, the two clubs are really popular with the douchebag college crowd here - all the rich kids from Dallas, Houston, whatever go there to drink and fight. They'll check IDs on weekends like guys in polo shirts and cowboy boots check out girls wearing ... well, the same thing.
  14. The Senate has a Democrat majority - it will pretty much be impossible for it not to pass. I don't really care, though. Surprised more people aren't freaking out about this.

Here if you're in before ten and aren't really drinking, or get in good with the staff, nobody cares. Luckily my brother's kind of a regular at a bunch of the best places in town, so I've become generally accepted there. It helps that I look a whole lot older than fifteen, and usually am there with an older crowd as well. Although I don't think they kick you out if you're eighteen, either.

Haha, me and my friend went to an amazing Thai restaurant yesterday renown around here for making hella spicy food. I got medium-hot grilled chicken with veggies and rice, playing it safe since I didn't know what the rest was, and it was one of the most amazing meals I've had in a while. Spicy as hell, too - I can't imagine what the extreme was.

There aren't many good clubs here. I think there's only really two that would qualify as clubs, but all the bars have cute little dance floors. The clubs here are disgusting, actually - the two I was talking about, I've been to, and odds are you'll be getting in a fight if you go there or one of the numerous sports bars. Here, let me think ... I know one gay bar, like four awesome bars that everyone goes to for actual good times, the two clubs, there are a few strip clubs just out of town, and then the rest of the bars are really just sports bars. It's a southern college town, what did you expect ... But, if you go with a small, tight group, and are open to making lots of new friends, clubs are fun, even the nasty ones here with [cabbage]ty music. Just have to be open. Bars are fun in a different way. You're much less likely to meet lots of people in a bar than a club, and usually people are closed off with their groups. In my experience, anyway. The piano bar here is so tiny everyone ends up cool with each other. I'm a pretty awful dancer, seeing as I'm taking ballroom dancing classes and that's sort of ... ah, whatever. Just move with the beat.

Actually, Lubbock's close to New Mexico's southern border. Pretty much a straight line. Of course, Amarillo is getting the same thing, only 10x more extreme.

Homework is almost 90% of my grade in math; we don't do much else. I don't get the big dealio.

For people who understand the stuff (ie, the kids who do it but still whine about it) homework is useless. But with the current system of education, it's impossible to tailor school to each individual student's needs. I know I'd be lost without chemistry homework - at least the first paper or so. I can never understand that [cabbage] until I do it. Of course, when we've been doing the same thing for weeks, it gets ridiculous, since every problem takes upwards of fifteen minutes ...

Been snowing for two days here. And it's all nasty and melty, then comes back in a thunder-snow-storm in the night. Even Earth's confused. "Snow? But it's thunderstorm season! GAH [bleep] BOTH OH NO EARTHQUAKE"
  22. Already paid for my car. Already paid for just about everything else I want/own. I'm asking for cash, or suit paraphernilia. Ie, socks. That's literally all. I don't trust my family when it comes to suits.
  23. Lenticular_J replied to Pinkbullet3's topic in Off-Topic
... Yes you would? The majority of the work I do is given explicitly as homework, because the rest of the time we're busy doing other crap.
  24. Seriously. It isn't that difficult of a concept.
