Black Demons and Hellhounds
I disagree. Dragons and wyverns give so many better drops. I currently have black demons blocked. They take way too long and are too expensive to finish and rarely drop anything good (even charms). Unless you want to cannon black demons, its not worth the time wasted. Dragons and wyerns make you Lots more money (and clue scrolls). Black demons don't drop clues. : Eh!?!? What black demons do YOU kill?

Dragon Metal Fragment?
If you think we're not being serious, go to the grand exchange, and see how much it's worth. Seriously.

Bored
Try eating glass! Just kidding :P In my opinion, wander round for a bit. Talk to random people, and you'll find somebody interesting. Chat to them, see what happens. I do that a lot when i'm bored, just, running around confusing people. It bugs the life out of them but it sure as hell entertains me. Hand 10 raw salmon to a high level, then jsut sit there silently as they get confused, or perhaps infuriated! Don't be disruptive or malicious (pick people obviously just hanging around, not training), but trust me it's fun :3 Or be conventional and play some random minigame

Nevermind~
Wait, if you play in FF it happens too?

Green Charm Hunting
It's always better to use crimsons >_O If you're saying that because of those guides that show using crims later, you missed the point, the idea of that is hunt crims anyway just use the lower levelled ones only at first.

Slayer Help
Sell the archer ring. Yes it's nice, but seriously you could do more with the cash. Buy a d skirt and rune plate. It's barely any cash really, and you may as well for tasks where theres no point getting degraded. I'd buy a few more glory ammy's, because i'd be using chaelder at that point in the game, and teleporting to edge a lot for the fairy ring (you can use those right? if not, do it, seriously it's amazingly ownageness). Aside from that, and it's debateable, you look pretty much set. Just remember to set aside a few mill for summoning costs (get 68. asap ;)) You do have super sets and prayer pots handy right? As well as antipoisons. Your bank is better prepared than mine to be honest.

Fletching Addy Bolts
I don't have an answer to your questions, but i have a note about the second. I've been smithing a lot of addy botls lately. A lot. And lately, the market is whacked out. Seriously, you might buy 100k in the morning, notice you'd break even fletching, and by that night either lose or gain cash out of seemingly nowhere, it's kinda cracked out. Don't let it put you off just bear this in mind. If you find they won't sell at mid, and any less would put you at a loss for example, chances are good in a few hours time demand shifts and you can sell for way more. Don't be impatient. Just a little bit of advice, don't get suckered into the impatience trap i have before :P

What Should I Do? ....
how can i raise these skills please tell me, thats the whole question really, there low for a reason, i don't like skilling often I'll just list all of them in case it helps you make your mind up. Summoning - Use your charms, that much is obvious, for collecting see magic lower down prayer - D bones on your own guilded alter in your POH. This needs 75 (69 with pots) con, which you should definitely get at some point anyway. con - Oak planks, carry them in your inventory, and have you butler take some to the bank at a time to unnote. Make oak larders in your kitchen, until you can make oak dungeon doors, then use those. magic - I'm not sure of level req's for things sooooo. You have a lot of cash to spend. Burst rock lobbies and train summ up some. This is very expensive, but will save you a lot of pain. Do you enjoy alching a few hundred thousand times? Me neither, this way is funner and gets you a LOT of charms. A LOT. There are guides all over the place on how to do this. If you can't burst yet, , you can alch / string ammys / fill vials until you can. farming - Not really possible atm, seeds are too hard to buy, and i've not farmed in a very many months, so you might want to ask elsewhere on this one, really not my strong suit. smithing - For efficiency, make mith bars at the blast furnace then smith into bolts with a morphic hammer. For speed, addy bolts (buy the bars). crafting - Ruby braces are popular Of course, everybody likes different methods. Some like cheap, some like fast, some like efficiency, some like different things, so i doubt my methods will be 100% for you. Heck, i don't follow my own methods most of the time, i've never touched a rock lobster in my life. I just know most people tend to adore them. So wait for more input before jumping into anything ;) 38m is a lot of cash.

What Should I Do? ....
I wouldn't get fletch, fletch takes barely any money, it's relatively easy, and completely useless. Do that when you have little money left. I'd get a USEFUL skill, and do the useless ones when you have nothing else... Summoning, prayer (you probably won't want this, but you'll thank yourself SO much later on if you play for a while for getting it mostly out the way sooner), con, magic, and at a pinch farming/smithing/crafting. Personally i would divide it up between getting 80+ construction, and some hefty magic xp (preferably working it in with combat and summoning charms you can use). That's what i'd do, most rewards for your cash and work ;) Just keep going till you have 1m left, then if you want get fletch with that....if you really want.

4xp/hit?
Not all monsters give 4, especially boss monsters tend to give more (and rightly so). As i'm sure you know some give less, random and quest stuff etc usually. If you're only talking a slight amount, such as 1 xp more(total) than you should be getting then it's just rounding. I didn't realise it happened on dragons, but i'm assuming it's that.

How long to do these quests?
You're taking 30-40 hours there in my opinion :s I'd say it's worth it anyway. Sure your time could be spent makign xp in better ways blah blah blah, but you're gonna want to do them anyway, get them out the way. Especially the useful ones- first resort, troll romance etc.

Help a new returning player (Played For 7 years)
You've missed out on a lot. In fact, this isn't the same game you played a year ago in many many fundamental ways. WAY too many huge changes to even begin without writing a book :s I hate to be the guy to say it, because it's inevitbly going to be said by somebody: but trawl through the news archives. Especially things related to trade limits, pking and the GE.

Uneven Minimap
It's autoer-prevention. Always happens, just to different degrees. You got one of the especially big ones today.

Two-Hand Stance?
Happens when there's lots of people there: happens with staffs and stuff too. It will never happen to you, only other people, when its very busy. But likewise, they will see you doing the stance, even though they themselves will seem to be normal to themselves.

defenders?
The killing-armour-monsters one is most popular; i assume best.

How to forge the DRAGON PL8?
Here is somethign i found on the RSOF. I have no clue if it's any help at all, i've not even started the quest or anything, but i hope it's some form of help. If not, oh well. (obviously ignore the ask for assistance part, the thread was actually about assisting it, not smithing itself).

Mithril Ore
Hobgoblin mine is where i'd go. Jaitzo has lots of mith, i don't know how rough it'll be there. Crandor if, for some reason you want to be 100% safe.
-
Mithril Ore
Do you just wish to mine the ore to bank and sell, or are you planning on smithing it (do you want just mith, or mith+coal for superheat?)?
-
Desert lizards?
Well i said that because you don't really need good armour, if desert lizards are a challenge for you then i guess you could.... But you're gonna be running around a LOT.
-
Desert lizards?
Take with you more ice coolers than you need: if your task is 200, take 240 or so. Just because you WILL accidentally use some early, at least, i always do. Theyre easy to find: look on your world map, in the desert. It's marked "lizards". Take a little food, 10 water pouches, and light armour. They won't cause you any problems.
