  1. As i said in that thread, add an xp/h figure. Also, you might like to describe how it compares against other methods of mage training, on top of what Earpy said. Otherwise it looks good.
  2. xp per hour? Probably the most important info you can give
  3. [img=http://img360.imageshack.us/img360/2631/shmv7.jpg] paste that
  4. Do you really think it's worth the time to load your familiar, considering the bank is 5 sec away? Me? Hell no, but some people do it, and it can be faster.
  5. Everythign you said is indeed the case, except the last bit. Each tree can take a different time to grow, but, if you plant them all at the same time, when your nature amulet tells you one is grown, chances are the others are too. It doesn't mean they all are, but it's a lot lot easier to just have a nature amulet tell you than sitting with an alarm clock or going to visit every half hour.
  6. For 1 bar items it's in the 1k/h area. More if you work hard would be possible. For plates, i've no clue, toasts figure sounds reasonable. Familiars can speed thigns up.
  7. Smith - blast furnace mith into mith bolts with morphic hammer con - buy oak planks and make larders farm...oh god...erm...ask somebody else >_>
  8. iirc one of the maxed out total people got that in two years (before summ)
  9. kalphite: They're not that slow, they just seem it because you have no drops to break things up. Trust me i get it. Might wanna just pray and multitask, let auto retal do the dirty work. I personally blocked them. That's not a smart thingto do, theyre great xp, they just feel it.
  10. It's worth it. Not for d chain, helllll no. I know you must know it's rare, but it's mroe than that. It's mind numbingly, amazingly, stupifyingly incredibly fantastically adjectivegasmly low chances. They are good because: - Good general drops. Not AWESOME, but good, regular drops. - Low def, really. - Rangeable - Decent xp (considering you also get the other benefits) - Pretty damn good for charms (considering you're porfiting with good xp) - It's always useful to have a decent slayer lvl - You'll get xp whilst training to get 65 slayer - They have a silyl animation that will keep you entertained for second, possibly even minutes on end! They're one of those really good "jack of all trades" monsters. Not the best at any one thing, but decent for everything. Ofc the d chain chance is always there for a little exciting dream as you zone the hell out for hours upon end grinding out those xp's. But anyway, if you just want a d chain then...um...do whatever you do to make money, theyre pretty cheap nowadays lol. You could make the cash for 40 d chains before you get one from a dustie.
  11. 22-23-453-56533177 Seriously, you can do WAY more per hour than is said in that tif thread. If you don't work flat out of course it'll be less, i never hit QUITE as high as these rates, but again if you dont work hard for fires you won't hit it either. He attempted to write a guide to every skill... of course all of his rates aren't going to be correct. Trust these rates much more. that ^ I see i came accross a little harsh, i didn't mean to at all. That tif'er guide is very good and useful, and brilliant for some things, i'm impressed with it. I didn't mean anything harsh by it, just trying to inform :]
  12. viewtopic.php?f=180&t=745185 Have a look at this. I promise you every single slayer task is rangeable. Those tecniques are good ;) did the vast majority of my range on slayer.

I'd like to see a link, quote or some other kind of proof. Not so much a statement as an implication, hence the abiguity. Ref: 15-16-653-57967040 RSOF
  14. Yep! That's right. Just try more, eventually you will get 6 in what you want. It's just a very random chance gamble.
  15. aaah I've not dont it in a long long long time, so this might be sketchy info: But as i believe, 1 spice gives up to -2/+2 levels. If you put two spices of the same colour in, it becomes possible -4/+4. If you put 3 in, it's -6/+6. That's not to say +6 OR -6, it's anything from -6 to +6. Also, make sure the spices are all the same colour , and for the skill you want. With a bit of luck you'll get 6 in your desired skill. You want to make a stew with 3 brown spices in it. With a bit of luck you have a 1/11 chance of getting +6 to farm and herby. I might be wrong though, haven't touched the things since RFD came out..
  16. You're powertraining, use whatever you're willing to spend money on lol. Bronze is most bang for your buck though (i think the range bonus between bronze and iron is pretty much unnoticable, deffo not worth the cost over bronze)

It's... uncertain. Theres a j mod post that says you can. But it's VERY rare, like, really, really rare. I've yet to hear a SINGLE account of it happening from anybody respectable, so for the time being nobody really know.
  18. 6 :P Can give anything from -6 to +6 (This is the reason you'll see so many high levels with EXACTLY 69 construction. They get 69, stew to 75, to build an alter, after that con is kinda useless [for the cost]. It's very common to see 69 con on a lot of people)

  20. Theres no way natures are that slow o.-
  21. For bloodveld try the GWD, zammy area. 3 Spawns close together, rarely anybody there, slightly high level too.
  22. Broad, if you can. Mith otherwise. Addy for tough enemies.
  23. Remember slayer gets you the mask bonus. Also slayer points can be turned into more cash if you wish. Also to put into perspective, a whip is "only" 1.4m. But the kills you need for a whip, say, 500, is like...800k profit in itself if you pick stuff up. Slayer is GOOD xp, and good profit. Big drops or not. The big drops and a nice bonus, you're still making a lot of cash. And decent charms. Slay for a week, and bank all your loot in one tab. At the end of the week look at what you have, it'll be more than you thought :P
  24. By "no slayer", do you mean not slayer monsters, or not slayer tasks? -is pointing you towards dust devils-
