mining and smithing
Probably because it's crap xp all round. to the op: that sounds great. Bout as fast and cheap as it gets in f2p! Plus you get some fairly awesome mage xp (it's slow smith xp, but good mage xp, so it works out being great for 3 skills instead of 2).

200k Slayer Xp/Day
150k maybe at 10 hours a day, depends on tasks. Guthans will only slow you down, use bunyips and pineapple pizzas.

2x 99 goals this year... Question is what?
How much time do you spend on runescape per day, on average? What skills do you like (what kind, do you prefer killing things, bank skills, running around? anything you REALLY dont like doing?)

70 Summon... I need help?!?
-shrug- wayyyy too dependant on your gear. Trips can be anything from 200 kills to pretty much indefinate camping. To shed SOME light on your question, they drop about 1 in 4 i think. It's been a while since i killed them so somebody else might be able to give a more precise figure.

70 Summon... I need help?!?
With your requirements, Dust Devils hands down.

Oak Planks
Best guess: stealing creating is causing a surge in demand for people wanting to train, happened with addy bars too (a few days ago, i don't know about now). Also the update with grim, con is suddenly mroe attractive to train, few weeks it should die down (but will proabably trail off at a higher price than it started since sc hammers make it cheaper).

SC tools
At 97 smith i get just over 500 bars per hammer, on adamant bars. I tihnk it depends on ltos of things so, take that figure as a very rough approximation.

Plank making... (updated with another sc question)
Yes, sc would be worth it. You can easily get 20+ points per game with those stats, i'd imagine. If you don't stray far fro myuor base theres no real threat form pkers (unless your team is vastly overwhelmed, in which case you're screwed anyway), and you can harvest your points. Lower level spots are close to abses in abundance, so have fun. I've seen a LOT of people with worse stats than you doing just fine ;)

What NPC's to kill for money? Fire giants or ankou's?
Seconded. Really close to edge bank if you use chaos tunnels and melee them: with the bonus you can use familiars.

What NPC's to kill for money? Fire giants or ankou's?
Men/Banshees/chaos druids things like that, that drop herbs frequently. Ankous, cockroach thingers, umm.. There's just nothing really good with your requirements, i suppose there's those ghosts after the summer quests but i'm guessing you haven't done those.

Quick Nooby Slayer Related Question (blue drags)
Adding to what has been said: If you are getting points (having done smoking kills) then definitely do the task, you can kill baby blues if you have to. If not, you may want to skip - though i personally ould range them at your stats as has been said. It might take a while, but the profit is worth it. Especially if you're doing it RIGHT NOW, this time christmas eve i doubt you'll have much competition :P

Plank making... (updated with another sc question)
I'd use butler, cw+balloons is fastest to plank them yourself, i'm pretty sure using butler is more efficient (use the regular dude, not demon). Stealing creaton...well, with your stats you might have a hard time, but if you really can manage aviansie on your connection you'll be perfectly okay.

Getting 2k total
When getting the levels you said, you'll get a couple summon levels in the process. Slayer too if you go that route (i say do). Get 75 rc (pouches unlocked) and use that to fund some prayer. Bang off a couple smith levels (fast and cheap), a few thief, and you're at 2k. millions of other possiblities but they're fairly fast.

Fastest way to Ogre Spas?
I charter ship (usually from catherby, i'm not sure of a closer one to a bank/tele). Also fairy rings are closer than CW bank by a little way (the one for that hutner area).

A good 99 to get?
Fish monks to 99, fits the bill perfect. If sitting back and relaxing isn't your thing, try red chins with hunter to 99.

Is Jagex broken?
I think the quickchat, instead of taking your xp to lvl, takes the xp for the whole level. Ie: if the level from 80-81, was, say, 100k xp, the qc would say 100k xp to lvl no matter how far in you were. I didn't check if it's the case for this one...but that's what it was doing for me the day it was introduced.

Construction Tea -answered lock please
Fill kettle with water. Use with range. Use tea leaves on a teapot. Pick kettle off range, Use (steaming hot) kettle with teapot. Then use with a cup + add milk as your preference desires. That what you did?

The Eternal Dilemma: Matching Varrock Armour 3
Nothing works very well. At all. And trust me, i've tried and tried and tried. Best thing you can do is just wear a skillcape and short shorts to try cover it a little and make it obviously a joke-style-outfit, there's nothing that looks remotely decent with it. Shame really. Judging from the fremmy and fally rewards, the legs will also match it when they release ___ diary, that gives legs as a reward.

re-obtaining salve amulet
Basically, you have to do the quest again just not kill the monster. Shouldn't take long - also, get spares (drop and pick dro pand pick, then pick them all up).

Or glory to edge :o

Crimson Charms
Oh that's a point, i didn't look at your levels. Get them through slayer until 65 slayer - then decide wether to camp at dusties or continue with slayer, would be my advice.

Crimson Charms
Ancienting rock lobsters > waterfiends > dust devils/nechs Most everything else isn't so good...i swear i'm missing one really good dropper though >_O

New question - SC Tactics for points
It's worth it for combat, for mage it isn't if you're training with multi attack stuff, or so i hear (it doubles CASTING xp not DAMAGE xp). So yes, it's worth it, and way more fun than sitting at _____ killing them all day.
