First question: I'm not sure you can actually change the size of a brush when smudging. The option might be there, but I haven't seen it yet. I believe the healing tool should be there in the toolbox (or whatever it's called). It's there for me, the symbol is two crossed plasters. I don't know if that's helpful, but I use Gimp on a Mac too so I know a (tiny) little bit about it. You might have a different version though.

I think they're really bad, like said before they kill my eyes. First one: I guess it's the best out of the tree, but it still isn't good. The colours are too saturated, they don't go well with the black, ... Second one: Bad, the colours really don't look good, and it's very blurry. Third one: See comments on second one. Overall, they look like there's hardly any effort put into them. Work some more on them, and also work on your attitude in other people's threads... -.-

I love it, the only thing that needs fixing is the text. IMO it should be blended a bit more, and I don't really like the font. But really nice job overall. =D>

It's still not so good, the main problem is that the render doesn't fit, and it isn't blended.
