I think when PKing finally comes back, if it's enjoyable and liked by many of the ex-pkers the rune market and potion market will resurface. There will be much more demand for the basic runes like Natures, Deaths and Bloods. The natures for leveling mage without gaining HP exp and the deaths + bloods will be needed barraging, nat prices will hopefully resurface above 300gp each like the old days and deaths to 350, bloods to 400 hopefully. Super sets will probably go back to their old price of 10k per super set, Brews and restores will be bought by many of the high end pkers and group pkers. If Jagex does screw it up then it will probably stay the way it is.

It's obvious enough that it's a fake when you read that. I'm not a lawyer and I already know that's a ridiculous argument and would never hold up in court. A lawyer with any knowledge of there job would find facts and true figures to back up their arguments, not [cabbage] questions such as "Who knows how many of them have plunged to untimely deaths trying to fly off of tall buildings?", only a very weak debater would use that type of argument. I doubt you even inhaled the smoke. Most 14 year olds can't do three cigs in 5 minutes, especially when you first try them. Most people when they begin to smoke don't even know how to inhale properly, it's not just sucking in the smoke, you then pull away the cigarette and inhale some air. Most people when they begin just inhale the smoke into their mouth and no air thinking they've inhaled. When you start smoking and if you get a "head buzz" then you know you're inhaling.

I've been smoking about a pack a week for the last 6 months. On Sunday I had my first Rugby training session in about the same period of time. About 2/3rds of the way through the session I felt like I was going to throw up and I was light headed. This was all a result of smoking. What you only consider 1-2 smokes a day now will soon turn into 2-3 packs a week as you get more addicted. I myself am now trying to cut back which is very hard, I'm not allowing to smoke on the weekdays and at most I'll smoke a pack over the weekend. Remember I only started 6 months ago, 1-2 smokes a day will soon turn into 2-3 packs a week, don't kid yourself and say you wont become addicted like I did because smoking will [bleep] you up. See a doctor, try and get some stress relieving pills if you must but do not take up smoking to relieve stress as it will only add to it when you try to give up. The name "troll general" seriously does suit you :|
