I would say the videos take up more. You can see how much bandwidth RS uses by inputing "displayfps" in the dev console (hit the "`" key ingame atleast its that for american keyboards) It will list various information including Download and Upload K/s

I would say smalls since meds take way to long unless your high combat. EDIT: Also you should keep in mind that sometimes a medium with many unopened bonus rooms will take longer then a small and get less xp then a small which can get very annoying

What is your hp? At 99 hp with prayers off, a divine would be like 30 hp levels in a stake. Is 30 hp levels worth 9 cbt? I would say no. I C you have 99 mage. you could try mage w armor/no weapons with full virtus. If you will get 750m for divine then just merch it to 1.1bil and get torva

I have done this before its ok money. I think zammy page every 25 clues is exagerating it but other then that its ok cash. It takes me like 1-2 min to get a clue then 5 min to do them. I wouldn't recommend ZMI until you can atleast make death runes since steam runes would probably be faster and more profitable.
