With that kind of cashpile you should buy iron ore and nature runes AND air Bstaffs and superheat + alch which will get you boatloads of xp on the BXPW Do this for the first few hours to make advantage of the high multiplier then switch to alch only for the afk ability. I think superheat+ alch is ~140k xp hour max which will get you around 600k xp for only the first two hours
