If you plan on pvp DO NOT USE GRAVITE STAFF OR TOME OF FROST unless you are in a +1 world, then it would be ok to bring gravite staff if you dont have any rune items that alch over it. Reacquiring a gravite staff and tome of frost would take you 800,000 dungeoneering xp on top of the 800,000 you already obtained to get it the first time. Arcane blast necklace should be fine to bring since it only requires 150,000 exp to reaquire. This should be your pvp setup. RC hat can be replaced with combat hood since it is cheap Gravite staff can be used in +1 worlds
