is it wrong to say I don't think that tutorial helps much? #-o It looks like his first atempt at drawing a muscley arm, tutorials should be based on long term experience, I've read it through and I can't see any evidence of trial and error, studying muscles.. A good tutorial would show a first atempt, along with were he thinks he went wrong, a next one with improvements etc.. :-# :-# :-#

There's no reason why you can't do 2-D stuff, it doesn't have to be 3 dimensional to be good, it's the quality of the original drawing that really matters I suggest you work on your drawings firstly and stick to cartoons if you want.. With that drawing anyway it'd look pretty naff 3d, you just need to colour/shade it apropriately.. Take this one for example, it's not a bad cartoon, it just need some TLC \ .. Lol SixSixOne.. O:)
