There are always Pushups. Just put your arms at your side. Look straight foward. Do 100+ A night for a while. And if you can't do sit-ups, do curl ups, just go up half way untill you can get all the way up : Run, jog, go punch some raw meat in a giant fridge (seriously lol). I'm pretty deceint weight. I wegh 140 at age 14. I work out usually, skate, and work hard here at home (live with grandparents, so they need extra help). I used to do Karate (Ughh! 500 pushups if we couldn't find our belt -.- for 5 years, so I know what I'm doing.. ) I alway do football, I lost 18 pounds in 2 months, I know it's not much, but I was regular weight, so it was really hard.. I was anorexic, honostly, don't starve yourself if your trying to loose weight.. :oops: Goodluck with the working out! :thumbsup:
