  1. Ok, so I'm now keeping at a rate of 500 kills a day. These I am keeping track of on a single index card, and using my inventory. On my card, I mark off in intervals of 13 kills. Each set of 13 kills is represented by one value, starting at 1, and counting up in ones. To achieve 500 kills for the day, I need 38 sets of 13. So, every 13 kills I make, I mark down 1, and I finish on 38. This equates to 494 kills, and I simply finish off 6 more. To keep track of when I make 13 kills, I use my inventory. I have 13 free spaces, and when those spaces are filled with big bones, I know I have just make the set of 13.
  2. Thanks :) Patience is a virtue, as they always say. I do believe that I'm going to switch to the dags under the lighthouse after I'm done with hill giants, instead of going to lesser demons. I havent quite decided. What are the opinions on that?
  3. Hehe, thanks for the support I figure that maybe when I get to a certain point, I will switch to slayer as well. Untill then, Im killing hills :P
  4. I don't want to put a time quota on this, because it's going to take as long as its going to take, and I dont have a set amount to kill everyday, although I try for 500. At that rate, I would be done around New Years, which is 98 days off.
  5. Thanks very much :)
  6. Ah! A great discovery! Thanks very much, I'll add that in.
  7. Hello all! Thank you for checking out my thread! You may or may not have read this thread before my recent change of plans, but regardless, you must know that I have decided to get the more important, or rather easier skills out of the way first. Before I was going to make my way to 99 attack, but instead, I am getting my woodcut level up there first. I am making this as my first priority because my woodcut level is much closer to 99 than my attack level. This is something I have been meaning to do for a long time, and I am going to finish. So, from 93 wc to 99 will take me roughly 22k magic logs, give or take. Below is my log/level chart. [hide]-Woodcut levels- 94 - to be achived in 1828 magic logs 95 96 97 98 99[/hide] You will find me on world 91, cutting the magic trees at the wizards tower, south of Seers Village. My private chat is on friends, and remember; I'm permanently muted! Here is my original thread, for 99 attack. [hide]Hello all! Thank you for checking out my thread! Now, you have all seen many 99 threads, covering every skill out there, and this is just another one. But there is something different to my methods! In RuneScape classic, back before pest control and all other ways to gain combat exp like lightning, people trained for days, weeks and even months to obtain high levels. This was also before food was as cheap as it is, armour was as available and strong, and weapons were as potent. Not only that, but there wasn't a huge variety of monsters to kill as we see today. So, as a veteran from RSC (on other accounts), I am doing things the old-fashion way; I will be slaying 22k hill giants (very popular for all levels back in the day) to reach 90 attack from my current level 80, and then 24k lesser demons (popular for high levels back in the day) to reach 99 from there. Here is my set up[hide] - Helm of Neitiznot - Zamorak plate - Dragon legs - Dragon boots - Whip - Barrows gloves - Rune defender - Cape of Legends - Ring of Charos(a)[/hide] -Attack level chart-[hide] There will be a [X] next to each level when it is achieved 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89 90 91 Switch monsters! Lesser demon time! 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99 [/hide] People may think I'm insane for doing this, instead of training more effectively on better monsters, or even playing pest control instead. But that isn't the point. Instead of making everything much easier, I want to make this a grueling adventure, with a very gratifying outcome. Getting easy exp is not what this is about. Not only will I gain 99 attack, but also 65 prayer from my current 54, by burying all the big bones as I go. Along with that, I will of course gain an unknown amount of hitpoint levels. With all of this added up, when I finish I should be around 105 combat, from my current 96. After I am done with this task, I will continue my road to 99 woodcut. I am currently level 93, and I have 22k magic logs to finish. So! That's what I'm doing. If you look at the numbers, 22k of an easy monster which spawns quickly in masses, and which rarely hits me above 3 is not a very large task. 24k of lesser demons, although a tougher monster, is also not that much. They hit more often and harder, but they are anything but threatening. And when I start slaying them at 90 attack, I will be able to dispose of them quicker. Support is very much appreciated, and wanted. For now, I will be slaying the giants at their respective spot in the Edgeville Dungeon. I will be on world 66, and my private chat is on friends. Remember, I am also permanently muted![/hide]
  8. Hmm.. When Im not representing Falador, I'll be roaming almost everywhere.
  9. Way back when, during the time when I was still a free-player, I spent most of my time in one place: Falador. Not only had I met all of my first game- friends there, but the city was so convenietly designed and placed for me, that I could practice all of my favorite skills there. Thats how I cam to be part of the city. I still continue to represent that city to this day. So, what city/town do you represent, and why?
  10. Hehe... im the most frequent poster on my own thread... Gotta keep it up! 3901 views! Getting close to 100 posts, too. :
  11. But why redundantly make nature rune after nature rune when you can have much more fun doing more. :P
  12. Thanks very much :)
  13. Imrealcrazy - Me and her go back over two years. This is since my first time as a member, when I first met her while cutting magic trees at the wizzards tower south of Seers Village. The rest is history! :
  14. To say that this guide is the most obvious would be an overstatement. Take a look through this forum and tell me if you see anything a bit more obvious.
  15. It can be like pulling teeth sometimes
  16. So what is the exact way to make drop downs? Need that for the guide.
  17. I like the concept, but a usefull bit of info would include why people should train on yaks, as opposed to other monsters. Including exp/per hour would be a plus.
  18. Ah, very original. I love it. =D>
  19. Hmm, its funny how many people, including myself, havent thought about this before. Nice job!
  20. That is the way to do it, but unfortunatly, not all players get the point every time.
  21. Sorry, but I don't quite appreciate your reply there. First of all, there are no "wrong points" in this guide. All the facts here are not subjective, they are objective. Second of all, the concept of my guide is obvious, but the step by step process isn't as obvious. That's why I made a guide on it. For that reason, and for the heckofit.
