  1. No, boa constrictors aren't big enough to eat humans. I don't think any snake can eat a full-grown human.

That was... the most... bizarre thing... I have ever... read. However, the way the author tries to convince the reader that it is the truth is very clever.
  3. Dammit, what happened? Arielle thought. She had been leaning against the plasma shield when an explosion rocked the ship, knocking her to the ground. Some type of electric discharge had fried the electronic equipment on board and knocked out most of the crew, but apparently the plasma screen had somehow protected her. We're being attacked, she realized. The cannon blast from the Fortress Mind had deactivated the plasma shield, and Arielle got up from the ground. She heard voices and footsteps coming her way, so she hastily grabbed an unconscious prisoner from a cell and exited the detention block. Dragging the prisoner across the floor, Arielle made her way down the corridor towards the hangar located at the rear of the ship, about 200 yards away. After much effort, she made it to the entrance to the hangar. The hangar was a gigantic chamber several hundred feet high, with various small spacecraft in rows of compartments like shoes in a shoe store. The door Arielle had entered through was about 50 feet above the floor, and catwalks led to the compartments. She dragged the prisoner towards a small escape boat and entered it, taking a small card out of her pocket and jabbing it into the dashboard. The craft's generator came alive, and the plasma screens on the dashboard lit up. Arielle backed the craft out of its compartment, then flew it towards the massive hangar door. Suddenly, she realized a huge flaw in her plan. She had no way of opening the door, and it was much too strong to try to ram through. As Arielle was berating herself for her silly mistake, a laser blast suddenly pierced the door, narrowly missing her craft. She flew the craft through the hole as the Fortress Mind blasted the Wake's reactor and jumped away.
  4. As you can see, I changed the title. I'll be posting more later this week, hopefully.
  5. Excellent.
  6. Aboard the LHOI Wake, Arielle was on guard duty in the detention facility when a voice announced over the P.A. system, "We have received intelligence that the Fortress Mind has intercepted a Serinian cruiser in the vicinity. Though there is no immenent danger, we recommend that all personnel be on their guard. We are currently attempting to locate the Fortress Mind". Behind their plasma energy shields, the U.E.A. captives became ecstatic at the mention of the flagship. "Pipe down, bastards, there's no one coming to rescue you," Arielle said. The captives were in individual cells, 12 in all. Arielle and another corporal named Brady were carefully watching them, ready to start firing at a moment's notice. Arielle loathed the U.E.A.; they had killed her parents and ruined the human society. They claimed to be communists, but rather than distributing the wealth among the populace, the corrupt officials lived in splendour while the citizens starved, subject to torture, robbery, and murder. The prescence of the Fortress Mind did not worry her. On the contrary, Arielle was hoping for a chance to vent her anger through mass murder. The cruiser Wake was an oblong vessel, over half a mile long. She was armed with 8 90 cm coilguns, firing electromagnetically charged plasma particles, housed in twin turrets on each side of the hull. Twin 15 pentawatt laser cannons were mounted on a turret on the belly, near the nose. The Wake's nuclear fusion reactor was running at full power, speeding it towards Serenia.

  8. The new interface looks smoother, and I like the bigger chat box.
  9. A written description of Helm's Deep would be more helpful than a vague diagram. Otherwise, it's pretty good, but try to put more detail.
  10. Disney is probably smart enough to not do any drastic changes to the game. Contrary to what most people are saying, they'll probably make RS less childish.
  11. I'd celebrate! Think about it: more updates, better customer support, etc.
  12. The same person also posted a suggestion for a poop skill, but it got bumped off.
  13. They probably will eventually. They'll never be able to have graphics equal to consoles.
  14. People won't bully you because you're smart. Most people at my school respect intelligence.
  15. 9/10. Is it an eel with an arm and wings?
  16. pi x 7, round to the nearest whole number
  17. I'm f2p, so there's not a lot of choice for armour, but... Rune full helm, rune chainbody, rune plateskirt, green cape, green d'hide vambraces, fancy boots, and amulet of strength. I use a chainbody because it has a better crush bonus, which is the attack style mossies use. If I were a member, I would wear... Torag's helm, full black d'hide, dragonfire shield, ammy of glory, rune boots, and rune x-bow.
  18. "Mithril" is from Lord of the Rings. I'm pretty sure Gielinor was intended to be an anagram of religion.
  19. The terrorists, upon finding the twin towers deserted, crash a plane in a different building, killing 5 times as many people. I go back in time to the 1960s and set up a communist government in France,
  20. Since when did the US have any "sovereignty"? The UN should have the right to use our resources.

I once did a research report on the Cold War. My teacher told me that I couldn't use Wikipedia as a source, but I did anyway :D . There's nothing wrong with Wikipedia; the chance that you'll find an inaccurate article is very slim.
