Hextriplet, will you explain why the hell you frequent this forum? In little more then two months you have gotten 1300 posts through spam and I don't think you have ever made a reasonable contribution to much of anything. This is just another example of one of your unreasonable, and noncontributing posts. If you take a look at the rants and your topic there, you will see that you've made yourself look like an idiot in the forum, and nobody likes you. I believe the same is going for the Off-Topic and whatever other forums you frequent. Quit being a post [bleep], and start posting logical, thought out stuff with proper english and contribute something to a discussion. We are not at war for who can get the most post counts, and remember that quality over quantity is a big thing. Make your posts less spam and stupidity and more involved in the discussion at hand. And by the way, America and Britain are both equals. Then again, I could always point to the American Revolution where a bunch of twenty-somethings who never shot a gun ended up kicking the [wagon] of the worlds greatest military. I know that was 250 years ago, but there still is that to look at. Oh, and also keep thinking that way, because thinking like that will get you nowhere. Since America is actually British if you trace the lineage of it's people back when they came over from Britain because of religious prosecution. And then the Indians are actually Asians who crossed the landbridge. Plus my family tree goes back to a Sheriff of London in the late 1800's on my moms side and a bunch of Irish people on my dads. So America can be considered a little British anyway. Okay, I'll end there since this child is only good for being laughed at, and that'll just ruin the thread.

Looking at the fact he has an avatar from a Garfield movie is enough to tell me he is a prepubescent who has attained more post counts in less then three months through stupidity and simple answers to questions. It took me more then a year to get to one thousand posts, and I post quite a bit. But then again, I'd rather get a couple thousand worthwhile posts then a bunch of posts that leads to an aside in a stupid thread by myself that tries to deduct my age.

I'm sorry that I go straight for this every time, but proper grammar goes a long way, I don't care if it's your first rant or your hundredth, please take the time to make it readable. Otherwise, I don't think buying rares is that exciting because they are useless except for the power to show off you spent two hundred million on a green crown that looks like the ones they hand out at Burger King with a kids meal. Seems kinda douchebaggy to me.

Just finished JoJo Part 1. Decided I'd give it a second shot since it was completely different from most Shonen I've read, and I wanted a more realistic action manga. I still think the first part is the best. The second, I remember, was alright, but robot Nazi's were weird.

I followed my little brother around as he trick or treated and then stole a bunch of his candy and I'm currently indulging in it. Oddly enough, this year nobody handed out toothbrushes, apples, pencils, or printed bible verses. There was a guy with a giant sign in his yard that said "No candy, be safe!" which is the house that I am sure will have toilet paper strewn over it tomorrow morning. It's one thing to not hand out candy, but another to obviously and blatantly tell everyone "No candy."

You rant so things will improve? Have your rants improved anything? No they have led to some of the most hilarious flame wars ever. Which is why I described you as a cry baby and Quelmotz as a guy who will probably spontaneously combust.

So are you saying you want no-one to support your rants and you rant for no reason?

Get rid of the key, chefs hat, apron, one Fist of Guthix token, the other keys, the normal boots. Also get rid of some of the random items you never use. Plus, you get 68 spaces, just conserve them, throw away crap, wear an outfit always. That's what I do.

I have the book but my GF rented it to her friend without asking and her friend won't give it back, so I'm just about to rip the mustache off her because I want to read the book again. Holy crap it was brutal and so full of psychological twists.

My English coursework so far has required me to read absolutely no classics. My course syllabus said we were supposed to read a Tale of Two Cities, but with only basically a month left... We were also supposed to read the Odyssey... Since it's a course requirement we have to read Romeo and Juliet and memorize one of Romeo's speeches. Because god forbid in the worst class I've ever had we at least read a good shakespeare play. Currently reading the Sheriff of Yrnameer. It's bloody brilliant, kind of like Hitchhikers Guide, but completely different. Every time I read it I envision Yahtzee from Zero Punctuation saying the words because it just sounds like his style. Everyone wanting something funny to read should grab this.

But I thought the whole point of the rants forum was for you to write one sentence which contains either a disagreement or agreement and then some sort of insult you stupid twit! Good point, good point. =D> But you haven't exactly been following the rules you yourself created, eh? :shame: It depends on the circumstances, it's usually when in a heated rant that you write twenty pages worth of counter-rants and ideas.

+1 Had a McDonald's Deluxe Breakfast before I rushed off to piano lessons this morning. I'm 5'11" at 145 lbs. (male; don't get confused with the avatar <--) so I don't think having this should be too bad. Uggh I hate when my parents go to get breakfast, and i'm expecting something good, and they bring back McDonalds >.< I can't see how so many people like it, McDonalds breakfast is disgusting. My mom started making me go to school to eat breakfast every day and they basically serve the same thing every morning, an egg mcmuffin knockoff. YUCK! I've always hated McDonalds. I eat their Big Macs and that's about the only thing I ever get. I like Taco Bell the best, I don't know why. Their food just always tasted better then burgers.

I am perfectly fine with people being gay or lesbian. I'm not a real activist in the gay rights movement, mostly because my school is more homophobic then any school I've ever been to, and even the teachers would laugh if you went up and said "I support the right to marry someone of your own gender". Some people are born that way, for most it's not a choice, it's just the way they were when they came out of the womb. I know a couple bi's. One was more gay then straight, I think he just said he was bi so there would not be so much criticism. He was annoying as hell, and his voice become unbearable when he yelled, but he was a nice guy. I know there are quite a few more in the school then I think, and I do agree with the bi's who don't act flaming. They walk and talk normally, and while some of the people were born with those voices and things, I don't think that they should prance around and skip and act like girls just to get across the point they are gay. One that I know does that, and it is annoying. If you just act normal and quit acting different to get across the point that you are gay and proud, I don't think there would be so much criticism. Other then the fact that they go out of their way to make sure people know they are gay (which isn't that annoying to me I just think they would have a better reputation in society if they acted like everyone else, not hiding being gay, but not being so flamboyant), I would only declare "WRONG!" if one approached me and started talking and acting around me, hitting on me basically. And I know a lot of them do hit on guys. I'm straight, and everybody knows it, do not approach me and create a scene because I don't swing that way. Continue being gay, just don't hit on straight guys, because that also causes problems. "God did not intend it" is something I have heard from anti-gay bashers. If god did not intend something to happen, as the almighty and powerful, why wouldn't he have stopped or not even created it at all? That goes for all arguments involving the fact that "God didn't intend it". If he didn't want it to happen, it wouldn't happen. Being gay is fine, but it is when you shove it in peoples faces and start acting flamboyant that problems arise. My great grandpa is gay, but he married a woman specifically because of gay bashing and the fact he was scared out of his mind that someone would kill him or he would be considered an outcast or menace to society. He stayed with my great grandma for a long time, then left her and went out to be gay when it was considered somewhat acceptable to be gay. Being gay is like being a different colored skin or having a different religion, you were born this way, you have lived this way, and people should accept you that way.

The only game I've played for a while has been Dynasty Warriors 4. It's alright in short bursts but playing for to long will bore you to death

I personally loved how they made fun of real wrestling. Some of the stuff about the rednecks was hilarious, and the ending made me laugh. I liked it better then the pimping one but the Michael Jackson one is still the best of the season so far.

You'll love it. It's epic. I was just watching a video walkthrough of it, just to see what all the hubbub was about, and it's so cinematic I could literally just watch the videos, though I will actually play it when I get my system. This is probably the first game I'm gonna buy. I might be MGS4 but I was able to watch the video walkthrough and because there were so many cutscenes it didn't really matter...But it's only 25 dollars new. That's a pretty good deal. I'll probably also get that fallout package with all the DLC's. Either that or Brutal Legend.

Archimage, go for it. The FL and the VL both have waning activity and this might interest more people into joining the libraries.

I have a job interview Saturday morning (YIPEE!) So I'll hopefully get the job and be able to get a PS3 because I like all the consoles, but I tend to lean more toward Sony. I AM ON THE PATH TO MGS4! QUESTION: Does the PS3 have full backward compatibility? Could I trade in my PS2 to unclutter my entertainment center when I get a PS3?
