Justin Bieber
If you were high it would probably be really fun to read. But it's Justin Beiber. How fun can his autobiography be? He has the life of a singer/band that isn't all that exciting. If he was taking drugs during tours and when writing songs and stuff, that would be much more exciting.

Oh my God! I can't wait for his book! It's an autobiography, because let me tell you, at age sixteen he has a lot to say. I hate idiots like him. They are money [bleep]. The concerts and crap aren't enough, let's sell a little book at full price about my life, despite the fact I really don't have a life yet. Sure I'm a singer, but does my life as a singer really constitute as good enough to release a book about? Miley Cyrus did it and everyone thought the same thing. It's stupid for a teenager to publish a biography. It would be better off known as a book of stories from the road or something. And who seriously thinks that Miley Cyrus and Beiber have the capacity to write a whole autobiography? I believe they should pull their names away from the space reserved for an author, because I sure as hell know that while the story of the people is correct, it is being relayed to an author who remains anonymous. Then again, that author might want to posting his name on the front of a Beiber book.

Old-school cartoons
I hate Cartoon Network. I just wish their original Cartoon Cartoon's would be put in the limelight. The Cartoon Cartoon's built the foundation of CN's pyramid that was built up real well with Toonami shows and other comedy cartoons. But then they tore that pyramid down to build another where the original, better one stood. And all they have is a crumbled caricature of a pyramid. It's as if CN wants to fail. I can tell you that if they would reboot Toonami, if they would show more of their older stuff and less of the new crap, they would have a much larger audience. From what I hear around the internet, CN is dying and viewership is rapidly plummeting. Nickelodeon I wish would play older stuff too. Though they had very few shows I enjoyed. Angry Beavers I think was the only one I enjoyed. And what channel did Tiny Toons, Freakazoid, and stuff along those lines play on? I can't remember, but I remember loving Tiny Toons, Freakazoid, and Animaniacs. I hated PInky and the Brain though.

Scott Pilgrim VS. The World
Am I the only one who wanted to see more Lucas (the actor)? I thought he was the most hilarious of the exes. Lamest had to be the twins, that fight was the least exciting.

Scott Pilgrim VS. The World
Saw it last night. I thought it was kind of funny, but the action was really, really good. It was so smooth and it's nice to see that since a lot of action movies action scenes are choppy. I loved the style too and felt pretty nerdy when I understood where sound effects and music came from. The beginning was slow, but once he started fighting the exes, I thought it really picked up and was a good time. Basically, it was much better than I expected.

What clique/subculture do you think you're classified as?
That situation sounds like it belongs in a bad sitcom  He's become obsessed with programming the thing to do games, to do every equation possible. I mean, he's in track and runs with the friggin' thing in hand. It's pretty stupid... Then we move to my one friend who is only good at long distance relationships, I.E, he only dates people over the phone who are from places far, far away. That's always led to some fun when we steal his phone and call his girlfriend and screw around with her. It's gotten really creepy, but I won't get into that. The most normal friend I have is a fifteen year old boy who reads girl manga's about witches and kissy vampires. I mean, they are a whole group of weird people. I'm the most normal one, and they all agree.

Sitcoms of the 80s and 90s
I hated Seinfeld. I never find it funny. Friends I didn't like. I grew up having to watch shows like Everyone Loves Raymond and Home Improvement. Looking at those now, not funny. I watched Full House which now I find is really stupid. Same with Saved By The Bell. My favorite sitcom is Married With Children. It is always funny. I guess it does have a certain sense of humor not everyone can enjoy, but I think all the characters are hilarious and the plots of each episode are just too crazy. It's rude, it's sexual, it contains all the humor a sixteen year old boy wants from a sitcom. Plus it's one of those shows where I like all of the characters. Plus, Married With Children's audience tracks were so overused, it was funny. It's like it has the most overenthusiastic crowd. They laugh all the time, they go "WOOOOOOOOO!" every time something sexy happens or is about to happen. It's just great.

Justin Bieber
I first saw her on Silent Library because one of my friends was like "OH MY GOD! THAT'S JUSTIN BIEBER WITH A BROKEN LEG!" And I was like "OMG! WHO THE [bleep] IS THAT?" I had remained blissfully ignorant until he showed me a godawful music video. Next thing you know, that's all you hear about is how every girl in the world can't get enough of the kind of pop music that only a teenage girl could love. I hope she heads to North Korea. Bill Clinton won't be coming to negotiate bringing her back to US soil, that's for sure.

What clique/subculture do you think you're classified as?
I am the quiet guy in class, but at lunch I'm pretty hyper. Otherwise, clique wise, I am one of those people who is qualified to be in the skaters, the goths, and cliques like that, but hangs with the nerds because generally, nerds are a lot more fun than most people think. We have wild parties. Only three people show up instead of fifty or a hundred like most peoples parties, but who cares? We're still having a blast. Though a lot of my nerd friends have started to hate each other. The one has fallen in love with his calculator and becomes a total arse when someone tries to pry him from his beloved, so doesn't do anything with us anymore.

The worst thing you've ever tasted?
Today I was doing something for the site where I tasted weird crap from the Asian market down the street. I started with Eel in a can, which oddly enough tasted like Swiss Steak. It was actually not bad. But then me and my brother moved into fermented duck eggs. YUM! They are black where it is supposed to be white, and the yolk has the outside consistency of jello, and is also black. I tried the outside part and it tasted like egg, but then my gag reflex kicked in and I threw up since I understood I was eating a black egg. My brother said he would eat the yolk if I video taped it. And I did. When you crack the black, jello like yolk open (which has to be done with a lot of force because it is like rubber on the outside of the yolk) you find a yolk that is black around the edges, with blackish, green guck in the middle. My brother took three bites, and each time threw up. It was pretty nasty. I can safely say though, that fermented duck eggs are the first time I threw up after eating something (not counting food poisoning or just being sick). It was bad.

Literature
I would post a pic of my bookcases, but I have thrown all of the books I want to keep in boxes and put those boxes in the back of the closet. So I have very few books on the shelf, basically just things I need to read. Which is like, twenty books. I wish I could see the books on your shelf more clearly, I can tell the spines of some, but others I cannot.

Apparently my horror stuff is like Stephenie Meyer, my Pokemon fan fiction is like Dan Brown, and the fantasy novel I've been working on is like Jonathan Swift (though I don't know who he is). God almighty, I hope I don't write as bad as Stephenie Meyer! Haha I put in a 55 word story I had to write for English last year (the whole thing is basically a sexual innuendo...or is it?) and I got Meyer. Most of my other writing gets me Orwell (!) or J.D. Salinger, which is somewhat strange since my English teacher in 9th grade was the only one in the school that didn't force us to read The Catcher in the Rye. Then I also put in an assignment that was to write something as poorly as possible and I got Dan Brown. Ahahaha. I started A Game of Thrones (first book of A Song of Ice and Fire) a few days ago...I haven't really gotten to anything yet but I guess it's good. Otherwise I'm forcing myself through Guns, Germs, and Steel for my AP Bio homework (it's an interesting book, but I have to keep a journal tracking my thoughts from reading and that kinda kills it). I also have to read some book about the last years of the Roman Republic for Latin. Fun...<_< For a lot of people A Song of Ice and Fire is a great fantasy series, I am not a huge fan though. I read through the whole first book, but I ultimately did not enjoy it too much. Then again, I'm not the biggest fantasy reader. Though Malazan Book Of The Fallen has really piqued my interest. I like urban fantasy much more than fantasy though, The Dresden Files is my favorite book series ever. It has horror, action, comedy, fantasy, great characters, and a great story. Everything I need in a book.

The Official PS3 Thread
I was wanting to get a copy of Demons Souls, just because I have nothing to play. But I have no money. I'm going through my second run of Dragon Age Origins and Awakening. Playing as a Forest Elf (can't remember the technical term) rogue. Last time played as a human noble. I am enjoying playing as an elf more, just because the reactions of people are sometimes very unexpected. Human noble was kind of boring because all you did was fight with Howe and politicians. Elves fight with everyone. I think my Dad's gonna buy Dead Rising 2 when it comes out. I can't wait to play it.

Shoes
At the moment I'm wearing my crappy pair of Nike's that are standing in because my parents don't want me wearing my school shoes. Those are my school shoes. They are like Chucks a little, and I was after black and white Chucks, but they don't make them in wide. These are really comfy though.

Otherland is weird but quite amazing. Memory, Thorn and Sorrow are still his best books though. I hate his fantasy but my dad raves about Otherworld and is one of his favorite series so I decided I'd give it a go. Plus it's cyberpunk and I dig that kinda stuff. If you actually read his books, while he, especially nowadays, does not have too many spectacular novels, his older stuff is very varied. The same book over and over doesn't make any sense. -Carrie: A teenager and high school/prom -It: A town haunted by it's past in the form of a clown -The Shining: A hotel in the mountains haunted by ghosts makes a man go crazy, or did the ghosts possess him? -Cujo: A dog is possessed by the sheriff of a small town and is killing people -The Stand: A virus is killing people, and follows some of the survivors. -Misery: A writer is beat up after a car crash and stuck in the house of a crazed fan. -Salems' Lot: Vampires terrorize a town. -Pet Semetary: An Indian burial ground is discovered and trouble starts He has very different plots for each book. It's the fact that he is running out of ideas, I feel, that is making him a bit less exciting than he was years ago. Seriously though, I've read most of his books and none are the same.

In my opinion, The Shining was his best horror novel. Dark Tower series was his best works overall, but The Shining was an amazing novel.

Finished Gardens of The Moon yesterday. It took me a while since I didn't have much time to read at camp. It was a great book. Now reading Deadhouse Gates. I'm only 120 pages into it and I'm assuming the story will pick up. At the moment it's kind of slow. I have a lot of books on my reading list -Malazan Book of the Fallen 2-9 -Otherland by Tad Williams -Shannarra series by Terry Brooks -Andy Mcdermot adventure novels -Girl With The Dragon Tattoo -It -Wicked City -Last half of Vampire Hunter D 14

Alien Swarm!
I played yesterday for an hour or two and I wasn't impressed, it was average, but it was free-average so I decided it was pointless to complain. Online the people are jackass's. I mean seriously, they shoot at you for no good reason (I mean, I killed my fair share of people during the giant battles but when you just start the game and the guy with the flamethrower goes berserk, it's pretty stupid) and the most annoying thing is when people will run for it when a swarm is about to attack, and weld the door shut before anyone can get in. And we all die because of the one a-hole. Needless to say I made it to the end most of the time with just a tiny sliver of health. On two consecutive levels me and another guy had no health, no one to heal us, so we just bolted for the exit. It is a pretty good achievement to beat a level with only one millimeter of health left.

Ratchet573's Top 25 Games You Should Own
In Saints Row 2, running from the cops is continually a fun thing to do because the physics in the game are wacky, there is a plethora of weapons to use (I enjoyed spamming flashbangs all over) and it just never gets dull. GTA is so realistic that it is always dull, even the first time it's not that exciting. Saints Row 2 is a lot more linear and tries to allow you to have fun. It isn't bogged down by physics or anything. It's just much more random. It was just consistently fun, the whole twenty hours I played I never wanted to stop. Being able to customize your character, as was said, allows you to step into his shoes and that is a feat that only Vice City and Saints Row have done, in which you fall asleep and wake up after having a dream about being in that city or you leave the room without a basic concept of physics. And a game that engrossing deserves a lot more applause than Saints Row 2 got. People complained about graphics. Some even complained about the fact it wasn't realistic when the whole point is to sit down, enjoy a pretty cool story, and enjoy playing the game. Unlike GTA4 where the whole game usually feels like a chore.

Looking for a New Game? Ask Here!
I don't know. Origins is really good but between it and Starcraft...that's a pretty hard choice. Just watched the launch trailer cinematic and I'm come to the conclusion that I need to buy Starcraft xD Yeah, there will be a lot more content and stuff to do with Starcraft as opposed to Dragon Age. I beat Dragon Age in 29 hours and unless you wish to play through as another character there really isn't much more content.

Manga/Anime Discussion
The loss of One Manga does make me sad since I've been using it for two years. I'll pick and choose my next scanlation site I guess.

I was never taught proper grammar as well. My school's English program was crap. So when I started writing, you should see the crap that came out. But if you keep writing and reading, you can teach yourself decent grammatical skills. Not that mine are as good as they would be if I could actually take some classes, but at least I've improved. If you are a writer, or in my case, a developing writer, than you can learn a lot of skills through it and it also exposes you to a lot of writing styles which also helps improve your own. Sometimes when I read something like a long Stephen King book, I kind of write exactly like him until I move into the next book, and sometimes it's like that. But reading and writing go hand in hand, reading can truly improve your writing if you read a lot. Anyway I bought the first four books in the "Malazan Book Of The Fallen" series by Steven Erikson. I'm enjoying the first one a lot.
