ok so I agree on the point that F2Pers should get a skill cape but just make it a normal one that cant be trimmed its much simpler and not giving F2P its own thing. and to all the people going "f2p shouldnt get anything they dont pay!!!!" get a life 99 in any skill is a massive achivement so just shut up.
