Multi-coloured whips
I agree. Colours matter only for those who like to be stylish and that's usually players who don't do combat. Original colour>new colours i say. Hope a better weapon than Whip will be released, that won't be slow and 2H.

Prayer Switching Guide for TzTok-Jad
The F-buttons is not specially for TzTok-Jad only, it can be used anywhere. So i figured that if your aware of the F-Buttons and use them, that you will use it at Jad also. Good luck on Jad  And yet not everyone knows about them, so I think it would be good to mention them. Personally, learning about the F-buttons was the key to me finally beating Jad. I don't use the F-buttons, i have never adapted to it. But i will do as you say. Will put it up as soon as possible

Dragon chainbody?
Stealing Creation minigame guide on Tip.it site: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=stealing_creation.htm Stealing Creation is a minigame you do with other players to get tools that give you double experience when using the tools. For example, the most used tools are: Sacred clay needle (double experience in Crafting when making leather, dragonhide and so on), Sacred clay hammer (double experience for Construction and Smithing). Stealing Creation is VERY important if your gonna level non-combat skills like Smithing, Crafting and Construction. It saves you loads cash! There are also more skills which you can use tools for double experience. Read the guide. By the way Barrows are better than Dragon platebody, but if you like Dragon, i'd say go for Dragon platebody! Another thing, i know about Fire giants spots, i will post maps of the spots with safespots showed.

Dragon chainbody?
Dragon chainbody does not give you good or great protection. It's just better than Rune platebody. What i recommend you do with your 8,000,000 GP: Do Stealing creation minigame (100% free and safe): Obtain Stealing creation/Sacred clay hammers through that minigame. They double XP of smithing. Many clan chat groups work peacefully together to make Stealing Creation minigame go as fast as possible and without combat in any form involved in the rounds. Such clan chats are: SC_Claymates, Quick_SC, FAst_sc, Fast_sc2, Smooth_SC. So what am i saying? I am advicing you to use your 8M on smithing. Advantages of leveling smithing: 1) The higher smithing you have the cheaper Barrow armour and weapon will be in Player owned houses (Armour stand in Workshop room). Barrow armour is the best armour to use in-game. Bandos is expensive and does not degrade, but Bandos defense can not compare to Barrows. Barrows is NUMBER ONE (best armour for defense) while Bandos is number three or four. Bandos advantage is that it does not degrade (but it's not close of being best protection), and it has strength bonus. Bandos also costs far to much and it's not worth the strength bonus and non-degradable effect. 2) Higher smithing will be advantage in Diaries, Quests and future contents. Already in many quests higher smithing is required. I have around 84,000,000 GP - 84M. I am Combat 138, and level 99 in all combat. My path is "Way of the Warrior", and i can tell you...Barrow armours are great to use. So as you can see, even with money, Bandos nor Dragon chainbody/platebody can beat the great defense of Barrows. I hope you make a good choice, GOOD LUCK!

Bandos Solo
Your stats are good. You can either melee, which is what majority use, or use ranged. But you seem to like or love ranged, so i give advice and help based on that. Ranged is not used because it seems less effective, maybe it is or maybe it is not. My opinion is that a ranger can do just as good or maybe even better than a meleer. So don't let the fact that many use melee affect your combat style. EQUIPMENT Verac's helm>Torag's helm>Helm of netizinot Amulet of Fury>Ranged amulet>Glory>God stole Karil's leatherbody>Black d hide Torag's platelegs/Dharok's platelegs>Verac's skirt Dragon boots>Archer boots>Snakeskin boots Barrow gloves>Black Spiked Vambs Spectral shield>Dragonfire shield>Blessed spirit shield>Granite or Obsidian shield> Ava's accumalator>Fire cape>Trimmed skillcape Runite's crossbow with 250 Broad bolts - for Kill count Archers ring (I)>Dragonstone ring (I)>Archers ring>Ring of wealth/life Karil's body is a advantage to use, but it's very expensive. So unless your very wealthy, stick with Dragonhide, it's a great replacement (Cheap and good). Dragon hidebody - You can use a God d hide, a Zamorak for Kill count protection. But that's up to you. ( I ) = is enchanced rings, Archers ring (I) has double stats of normal Archer ring. Dragonstone ring (I) is one of few rings that have gotten stats. Dragon stone (I) gives +5 attack and defence bonus in all stats. Rings can be given stats as reward through Mobilising Armies minigame. INVENTORY 250 Ruby bolts (e) (Use them until boss is half HP) 300 Diamond bolts (e) (Once boss has reached half HP) Saradomin's brew (4) Super restore (4) Ranging potion (4) Prayer potion or Super restore x3 (Super restore gives 2-4 more prayer points and restores also stats) Hammer (For Stronghold entrance) Teleport tablet Enchanced excalibur or Zanik's crossbow (with 50 Adamant bolts) for special attack Rest : Rocktails (heal 23 HP) OTHER: Rocktails inside Wartortoise also TACTIC Protect melee and run around boss room shooting at boss. You should be able to get 2-3 shots before boss reaches you. Boss will hit 0s with melee, so when he reaches you, you can still run away and repeat shooting at him. You run away because his ranged attack is something he also uses only when your close him. Boss can hit max 35 with his ranged attack, so be prepared for that. He ONLY USES his ranged attack when your IN HIS MELEE FIELD.

Soul Wars cape vs Fire Cape
Ardy cloak 3 - for all monsters with stab as weakness Fire cape otherwise. Soul Wars would be good if you got a altar nearby.

20 - Jan 10 - The Orb of Oculus
I don't like that the name Machinima is brought up on Runescape news post. The item will be very useful i bet, but from my view it's unecessary to make a whole post about it. When i hear that Machinima affects the game in any way, it makes me think "What about us other players who often try to work hard ideas for the game, but we are overlooked easily..."? I am POSITIVE that i could bring simple and good suggestions for Runescape, but do you know what? Jagex don't give a darn. MY LAST SUGGESTION That Jagex should make duels of bosses fighting. Kril'tursorth (+3 Sergeants) vs Corporeal Beast King Black Dragon VS General Graardor That these "duels" should be uploaded to Jagex Runescape Youtube channel. I asked politely for a Jagex moderator to reply back if this was realistic, good or anything...but they never replied.

Armor? Weapons?
WEAPONS ABYSSAL WHIP (5/6 stars): Best weapon to use for slash. Works well for slayer and bosses. SARADOMIN SWORD (4/6 stars): Same speed and accuracy as Abyssal whip but it's 2handed. It's best sword for strength leveling and that's why many players use it. GODSWORDS (4/6 stars): Expensive weapons which have high accuracy and damage, but is very slow. They cost over 20m+. Their special attacks are useful but they do not give you a advantage worthy of their price. Bandos godsword however is not bad buy. ZAMORAKIAN SPEAR (5/6 stars): Very useful weapon, same as Saradomin sword only that it is a stab and crush weapon. Highest stab weapon in-game and one of best crush stats. Same speed and accuracy as whip just like Saradomin sword. It's a MUST for Runescape strongest boss (Corporeal beast), Dragons (if you have Super antifire, lvl 85 herblore = 100% fire breath immunity), Waterfiends, and many more. Worth buying. That's the weapons. Don't got time to mention armor sorry.

Whip vs Bgs
Your welcome. Remember that your first solo attempts/kills will not go easily. But after you get used to it, when you get experienced, then you will do great.
-
Whip vs Bgs
70 At 70 prayer i would use Godsword, because if you use Whip you will have to drink prayer doses often with your prayer level. But ONLY use Godsword if you have money that you can easily use without affecting your bank. Abyssal whip and Rune defender i would say is best to use at 80 prayer. Abyssal whip: More prayer potions brought, and more drinked during the fight Godsword: Less prayer potions brought, and less drunk. But either one is good, so good luck! P.S I am combat level 138. 99 Prayer, attack, strength, summon, magic, defence, ranged. I prefer Abysal whip with Rune defender over a Saradomin Godsword. Just going to G.E now to sell it.

Whip vs Bgs
What is your prayer level?

Whip vs Bgs
Abyssal whip+Rune defender have proven to work well on monsters with relatively high defense such as Iron and Steel dragons. In the beginning when i did not have maxed combat levels i experienced alot 0s, but as my attack level got higher i did less 0s. So a increase in levels made Abyssal whip work well on Iron and Steel dragons for me, and it even made Steel dragons be appealing (killed them much faster than average players). I have tested Abyssal whip with Rune defender on General Graardor and it worked well. I would say it was equal to Godsword. The testing i did back then was with Super potions (not Extreme). Now like i said, when my attack level was lower i hit many 0s on Steel and Iron dragons, but once i got increase in levels i did less. Extreme potions = are +7 more levels than Super potions. ABYSSAL WHIP The more accuracy you get from armor, potions and prayers the better Abyssal whip gets. Because it has 6 speed bar and Godsword has around 2-3, whip takes advantage of that speed and manages to nearly land two attacks before Godsword lands one! Abyssal whip is a weapon for experienced soloers (Over 20 Bandos solo trips). Godsword +8 Prayer bonus, making it a good weapon to use if you have low prayer. Godsword is considered good because it's accurate and high hitter, so when players manage to "land" a attack they aim for a good hit. It's not a bad weapon for soloing General Graardor in beginning, but i do not believe it's better than Abyssal whip+Rune defender (excluding special attack of Godswords). It's to slow, and i have seen how that's a disadvantage when slaying so it's most likely a disadvantage when killing General.

11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
Easy? Getting: 99 Prayer - takes loads cash and time 99 HP - Time 99 Attack - Time 99 Magic - Time 99 Defence - Time 99 Summon - Time Time+Time+Time+Time+Time+Time+Time+Time = 8x Time My point? High levels have worked HARD, so no wonder they kill Nomad easier than others. Personally i found Nomad easy. I used Z spear with d hide setup and pack yak with sharks, soul split+turmoil. It was HARD fighting Nomad It was not HARD killing him. P.S I TANKED the 98 hits also.

11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
I think he's based on Darth Vader due to some of the quotes. ("All to easy." and Juna's "Impressive... Most impressive.") Star Wars it is then (not that i watch it). Was stated in Rs wikipedia that it was reference from a character in Star Wars also.

11-Jan-2010 - Nomads Requiem
COULD Nomad's new appearance be a reference to Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2 game? This last artwork is a bit nasty, so i will just link to it: http://www.nosgoth.net/BO2/images/BO2cred23.jpg Jagex likes to reference British stuff (Wikipedia quote about game developer of Blood Omen 2): Crystal Dynamics is an American video game developer based in the San Francisco Bay Area and founded in 1992 by Judy Lang, Madaline Canepa and Dave Morris.[1] It was acquired by Eidos Interactive, a British video game publisher, in 1998 and, following Square Enix's acquisition of Eidos in 2009, is now a subsidiary of Square Enix.
