You gotta find a friend (or random person) to go get their black arm gang part. then they give it to you, and you go give the sheild to the king. then some guy at the museum will give you two certificates, and you can use 1 certificate to claim your reward. you have to give the other to the random person//random person you call your friend. I just gave my sheild half to someone for their sheild half, and then i went and got anouther half in the phoneix place. Now im left with half a certificate........ :wall:

Alright, to tell you the truth, I got bored. I was walking through runescape, when someone transformed into an egg. I always thought that that was the coolest thing ever. I was thinking about the possibilities (and pranks) of these rings (i never got one), and it hit me. What if, you could turn invisible, and walk around like that? You could walk up to some noob, and start talking to them. They'd get all freaked out, and be like: whos there? It would be anouther fun thing. It wouldn't really have any combat advantages, and it could stop working in the wilderness though. The main reason i want to see more fun things like this is because some people need to realize that runescape is about having fun, not just about making money. Thats why we now have cheaters, scammers, and autoers. Their only concern is making money. I'm not exactly feeling creative right now, and i can't think of the best way for a player to get this. Would it be a quest (hopefully for F2P and P2P, im F2P, and i'd love to have this), would it be craftable and enchantable, or would you have to kill a monster? Who knows? (not me) Please post any ideas on improving this ring, or where it would come from. I will gladly listen to all positive AND negative comments, just make sure you know what you're talking about before you insult me. I'd love to know who supports this too! That would be wicked cool, but then someone might transform into KBD, and then alot of people could get killed (which would actually be fun to watch). And, the highly stipid person would transform into a rat, and get killed instantly. Still, a good idea :)

:evil: I highly dont support this. everyone would be killed. even if you make it so that you can only hit a few points, people would gather groups so that they could all hit like 4 points, and eventualy, you have people being killed eveywhere, low levels having to hide,and no one getting jobs done. Then no one would make money, barely anyone would be able to make important items (especially crafters), and everything would fall apart. :notalk:

:-k there seems to be some issues with this making it easier for armor trimming scammers. Well, you could make it so that the fancy customized armor looks like regular armor in the trade window, and you could make it so that it becomes regular armour after trading. :-k

I'm sure the good ones will be able to find ways around your ideas, but maybe you should tell jagex any ideas that you get. Maybe they could find ways to improve your ideas and make them work. Then you'll forever be known as DESTROYER OF MACROS. That would be cool. Good Luck!

It would be kinda cool for the black hole to come back! :) I would go there and make fun of everyone! There could be an option with tomatoes that you could buy there where you could throw tomatoes at people too! that would be awesome! I also like the idea where you have to stay logged in while in the black hole for a certain number of hours too, because that would keep them in there for the tomatoe throwing!!!!!! Jagex would have to look into the cost of this though, and find a solution for the cost eventualy though..........

You have to work for your money in runescape. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose, and it's unfair. And, alot of the people who play runescape and have no REAL lives would be broke. :notalk:

:-w ... sorry i forgot to say something. Maybe anyone who had a RSC name can travel between games, but only them, so that their community or whatever doesnt get messed up.

:| I dont see what the big deal is with the rune scimitar, i prefer a good old longsword (yeah, this really has nothing to do with the dragon slayer quest)
