  1. It would be better than 500gp, I guess that makes me the second supporter! Oh, and for some reason, when i look at the picture, i expect the guy to start doing the worm. I don't know why, great picture though.
  2. "With great power comes great responsibility". Uncle Ben, Spiderman (the movie)
  3. You want the green card, but you only get a green card. Deciding you will have to settle with it, you take your green card and go for a walk. But then, you accidentaly drop your green card into a tank full of red dye. Congratulations, you now have a red card! I wish that someone would corrupt my wish....
  4. Seeing your recently aquired wealth, thousands and thousands of noobs swarm the general area around you, completely voilating your personal space. They each take turns bitting chunks of your flesh off one by one, until finally, all thats left is a hefty pile of gp! Seeing this horrible ordeal while walking by, I kill all of the noobs with one swipe of my mighty sword and take all of the gold for myself.
  5. Banned for not giving me a reason to ban you.
  6. meol, i'd have to say 10/10. Ive seen your posts quite alot. :)
  7. In my opinion, there really is no definite price. You can sell anything you want, for however much you want. The way i think of it, the suggested price is only there because that is the price that you will be able to sell your items at the easiest without losing money. You could sell buckets for 1k each, and you may have a hard time selling them (no one wants to buy buckets at all) but your not overpricing em so much as your just selling them for your price. If people dont like your price, too bad for them. Thats just my opinion anyways, who cares. Obviously, you just had a very common encounter with a cranky, mean person. There's nothing you can really do but ignore em. If there was a rant for every time this happened, well..... you get my point, there'd be alot of rants. You definetly were unfairl called a noob. No one really deserves to be called a noob, except in a joking manner, with your friends or something. Even low levels should only be called newbie, really. Just accept things the way they are....
  8. ....That name doesn't mean anything to me, good observation though. Maybe they just typed in a random word as to not give anyhting away. Or... you found the first clue! ok....... wolpertinger........... I got it! They're gonna addd Yahtzee to runescape?!? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Good point, i guess. I'm sure Jagex considered this though, so dont worry. If they didn't, I guess we're all doomed  . A way to prevent this would be to make it so that there are preset prices for every item in the auction house. That would make it alot less useless, but it's the only thing i got.... That would also get rid of that fear of ruining merchanting that some players have. For example, from what i've heard, party hats go for like.... 2gp or something at the general store, correct me if i'm wrong. So, merchanters would definetly still wanna merchant these themselves! With set prices, some players would still prefer the freedom of merchanting. I personally, would like it so that you could set your prices, but, this idea would get rid of many concerns of some of our fellow tipiters. I don't know, butcher this idea, say whatever you want about it, just a suggestion/ a prediction on what Jagex might do in order to prevent this.
  10. I don't see this being the absolute end to merchanting. Sure, merchanting could take a hit from this, but it's unlikely. If anything, this could bring in a whole new way to merchant. If you can set the price for what you're selling (which is probably how it works, or not), then it should just make merchanting easier. If you can only sell for a set price though, then merchanting will definetly live to see anouther day. We won't really know what impact it will have until the details come out. Just think about it for awhile. Also, because of it's location, i'm pretty sure that cowhide merchanters won't be affected. Ok, in my opinion, this will make merchanting a lot easier. And if it does mess up merchanting, I really don't care. Sorry, but thats my opinion, I have the right to my own, and everyone else has the right to theirs. I personally hate merchanting. There really isn't much of a point to it, and from my experiences, it's not fun at all. Newsflash: runescape is suppose to be fun. I don't really care if you're doin' alittle merchanting to buy that full set of dragon, but those people who do nothing but merchant? I don't know how they can have fun doing that! Apparently, a lot of people blame the ruining of the economy on merchanters too (not me) so I can't see why this Grand Exchange would be bad in any way at all, but it will probably be loaded with stuff, I hope Jagex has figured out a system of organization for this (search for the item maybe?), and it won't just be set up in a general store style. Anyways, long story short: I think this will be a great update that will change runescape for the better, and won't have a large, if not, any impact on merchanting. Wow, glad I got that off my chest. In my opinion (oh no! I'm becoming an opinionated freak!!!!), i couldn't have just typed out my thoughts in afew sentences. Sorry to anyone who actually took the time to read all of this. (Wow, if only I typed my essays this fast!)
  11. Wow, gonna be a great month! the grand exchange is what i'll look forward to the most, because i hate merchanting. I have such a short attention span, and standin' in a bank annoys the crap outta me! I just can't do it! Well, I guess now I don't have to, I just put it up for sale, and wait...it's not that i'm lazy, it's just that my attention span is way to short :)         ( I would have had a whole line of smilies, but apparently, i passed the smily limit. Yeah, I had alot of smilies, 28).
  12. I was torn between Falador and Varrock.... Varrock is a really fun place to hang out, and they got quite afew useful shops, but Falador is just.... I don't know, great. The first time i ever went to Falador, I loved it, and I could be found there alot. Since then, I've kinda grown away from it... :| By the way, in the end, i decided to vote for.... [hide] Varrock.[/hide]
  13. Yeah f2P! Wow, you've made considerable progress, i hope to make that much progress someday... Goodluck on completing your goal! You sound very determined to me, and I know you'll do it!
  14. Well, umm, I'm sorry to hear that. That must be really craped out for ya.... Anyways, you asked me to post on the tipit chat, so here i am. I'd just like to say good luck, and i have confidence that you can acheive your goals.
  15. I applaude you for stating the obvious truth. =D> It seems like people these days expect Jagex to go bankrupt to make the game perfect, no one and nothing is absolutely perfect, well, except me. I've never had to big of a problem with Jagex, and i highly doubt I or anyone else could do a better job than they do. They have a budget, and they're not going to hire half the world so that they can feel good about thenselves because we're al completely happy. I'm just happy that they let me play sucha great game for free! Once again, great job on pointing out the truth, I agreed so much with that article.
  16. Nah, it isn't. I always keep one in my bank for good luck.
  17. They did this to me when i was in middle school (not that we wanted to play tag at the time). It was considered physiscal contact. Shortly after, they banned the use of rubber bands. No kidding. Schools are the worst these days, glad i'm not in middle school anymore, they were so strict.
  18. Watch someone speed billions of dollars to do this, only to have the two objects hit each other, make a little clink noise, and fall to the ground like nothing ever happened. But seriously, the first thing that comes to mind is explosion, but think about it, unless you use explosives, that doesn't seem like the most likely thing to happen, unless you take into consideration of all that energy, inertia, force, and whatnot, but that makes my head hurt. I think the most likely outcomes would be that they both disintegrate, or maybe they would go through each other! That'd be cool. My little joke actually seems likely to me too. If that is even physically possible, by the way. Oh, you were talking about, like, oh say two objects like the size of a marble or something right? Maybe metal balls? Thats what i thought you were talking about, if not, dont listen to any of this.......
  19. .....Maybe if you took out the runite rocks. With this, it would be too easy for F2P (including me, i'm not a F2P hating member) ruite miners/ rune smithers to do their job, which would lower down the prices of rune stuff. Wait, what am i saying!?! Cheap rune stuff! Forget what i just said.
  20. I usually try to work on random different skills at random different times. Randomly. If i get bored of runescape, i take a break for a week, when i play again it's like a whole new game. Everyone should do that now and then, you'll notice a difference. Also, one little mistake that i know has already been pointed out, we cant use the shantay pass bank chest, the infamous: You need to be on a member's server to do this message shows up.
  21. Just try to stay away from topics that you think might be immature, and ignore anyone who is acting immature. 13 (going on 14) here too, and no one has had a problem with it yet. I try to be mature on runescape, and not add to the declining maturity of the runescape community. :)
  22. Me and a few other random people had a party in Evil Bob's prison.... Dancing, you know.......
  23. any way to kill yew bots like that??? I don't exactly like wood cutting, but that could make it fun!
