She will regret buying an AiO, vertical touchscreens are unergonomic and you pay a lot more for worse specs. Unfortunately there really aren't any great prebuilt brands these days. They all install tons of bloatware on your computer and will be designed to fail within a few years. I'd recommend building one for her, or even better, with her. If she does websites she's probably tech savvy enough to learn how, it's really simple. But if you aren't comfortable with that, I recommend something from Dell's business line.

I had a similar problem with my mother's Galaxy Tab, but giving it a static IP solved the issue. Have you tried using anyone else's wifi? That would confirm whether it's a phone issue or a router issue.

If you actually have two HDDs, in theory it would improve your read/write speeds if you spread your programs between the two. But if it's just one physical drive that's been partitioned it will do absolutely nothing.

Try this. If it doesn't work, call your ISP.

I got a shitload of alcohol for Christmas. A bottle of scotch, about 12 foreign beers, a couple LC gift cards, and a growler (refillable 1.9L beer jug). Plus a Jets jersey and new desk chair. Today I'm going to watch some World Juniors then go get drunk somewhere. Oh and I'm supposedly invited to a house party right after new years which should be fun because I've never been to one before.
