I'm mildly concerned that the Kinect will be on 24/7 unless you unplug it, listening in to everything you say. I really don't trust Microsoft to not abuse that for targeted advertising purposes.

So in less than a year I've managed to pick up two for signature violations and one for an off topic post in the 200m thread.

Don't get me started on the rape is worse than murder bullshit. If you believe that, you are essentially implying that all rape victims would be better off dead.

Youtube's terrible content match system. I uploaded a free album to youtube in HD because all the ones on there were of crappy quality, and I've now had over 10 false matches, and one company ever refused to release their claim. None of these copyright trolls had any legitimate claim to the album I uploaded, but fighting them is pointless. Now one of the songs is disabled on mobile and is making money for a company that owns no rights to the song.

Cod 4 is dead and half the lobbies are modded, WaW is even more dead, and MW2 is on life support and full of quickscopers. They're fun and worth it if you pick them up cheap though.

Hopefully they fix it soon, I wonder if the Xbox version is up.

I completely agree Duff. WaW was the last CoD with a campaign that could stand on it's own. I really should play Halo 4 more, the only reason I don't is I can't play it when I'm in a xbl party because there are no volume options and the game is insanely loud on my headset. Not sure what you mean by this, but I'm curious.

It's my 18th tomorrow. Just going for dinner with my family to celebrate, but Saturday I'm going paintballing with some friends then either going to a bar or lounge in the evening. Not my party, just a lucky coincidence.

I have to agree with this. What drew me into Runescape 9 years ago was the open ended nature of the game. At the time I had never seen anything like it before. I had no clue what I was doing, and that's what made it fun. When I created a DIY last summer, the tutorial was the exact opposite of that. If I were a new player, all I would've seen is a game with outdated graphics, outdated mechanics, and outdated controls trying to imitate the cool, flashy, modern MMOs.

I really can't see Jagex stooping as low as allowing lamps to be used on the new skill for at least a month or two. But then again if you told me 2 years ago they'd introduce a feature ripped straight from cashshop MMOs I wouldn't have believed you either.

Just throwing this out there, would the Americans in this thread oppose requiring a gun license to buy and possess guns in the US, if it were easy to acquire by anyone who can legally own guns? The licensing system is one of the few thing I really like about Canada's gun laws, because it removes the need for background checks and requires a safety course so everyone with a gun should in theory know how to safely operate it (If you know your stuff already you can challenge the test). I understand some would oppose it because it is technically a barrier to owning a gun, but it streamlines the process once you've acquired it.
