  1. Yep, just completely ignore mine. THIS IS BRINGING BACK MY MAPRAGE FROM HEGEMONY 1

I don't think that's the point. The point is to replicate simple plastic objects, like say replacing the broken leg on your keyboard or making a set of shower rings.
  3. People who lack a basic understanding of communism. Anyone who watches fox news for anything other than the humor. Cats. (not really)
  4. Premade is the one I suggested Grow your own is Archi's @Archi, I don't know how to make it a public poll You can't once you've made it.
  5. Voted yes, and I regret it a lot. Never should of bought Jagex's [cabbage] about being able to handle bots.
  6. Which one is the pick your own provinces one? I use imageshack.us, it's one of the better hosts.
  7. I don't get why you're such a bot sympathizer. People are discussing bots because they are a major issue right now, ruining the game for many people.
  8. Good. Steam is a piece of bloaty DRM filled crap that the gaming world would be better off without. Bloaty? The only thing with less DRM than Steam is something that has less DRM. Steamworks is DRM done right. No limits on how many copies you install, no constant connection required to play single-player games, able to be offline and still play games. Yes, it's bloaty. Try putting steam on an older computer. Games that should run fine will be choppy because the client is such a damn resource hog. And I just don't think I should have to use an external client to play a game that I paid for. If you want to see DRM done right, look at Paradox. The only form of DRM they have is a serial number you need to access the forums. Funnily enough I have paid for every game I own from them, (with the exception of using a downloaded copy one game so I could play with people who bought it off Steam)

That's the basic idea behind a 3D printer, not really one of those things that on star trek that could make anything in about 2 seconds but we're getting there. So do you think that these kind of printers are gonna to be mass produced in the next couple of years and eventually become the norm? There are already a few models out for sale such as the make bot. I saw this on Colbert the other night. I think it'll get blocked by lawsuits before it can take off.

  12. Tech, can we get a not jpegraped image? After the great civil war of 2030, Canada abandoned much of it's northern region, unable to afford to keep order over the land. When the permafrost melted in the late 50s, the region became a stronghold for all sorts of undesirables. Canada managed to build back a strong economy though, and peacefully annexed a sizable chunk of America after the 2061 collapse of the government. Despite it's powerful economy and hi-tech army, Canada still faces threats from the northern lawless lands an the rouge American nation-states to the south.
  13. Get 500 people on each side, and that would be indescribably epic.
  14. Wait, you were playing RS on $400 11 year old computer? I thought I had it bad on my $2k 2001 Dell...

Damn you Runescape addiction. It's probably not healthy that I grinded for 1 to 41 (and counting) fletcher in less than 12 hours, is it?
  16. When you search on Google and get sponsored results, the gold sellers are paying for every click. By clicking on them with no intent to purchase, you (slightly) decrease their profits. Don't click any ads on their site, just the ads that lead to their site. As a bonus you help Google get one step closer to world domination :P
  17. It seems like a waste of $5.95. Are people really persuaded to visit these sites?
  18. Not even gonna lie, I laughed pretty damn hard at this. As for the actual issue, I have no problem with the discount being for the Jagex store, but I feel cheated if they can lock in their membership at the discounted price.
  19. Lol cracked. But you're right, this is how it starts. Then it's special decorative armor for buying through paybysms. Then it's a new spell for RS book preorders, then buyable POH decorations, then double xp 'charms', then buyable cash, then before you know it, the new double-katana with 350 slash damage and a 150 str bonus, buy it now for only 1000R$ (Only 19.95!).
  20. Am I the only one who thinks the trees in Fally look stupid now? I'm not one to complain about graphical updates, but the new trees look wrong.
  21. friendslist to friends. Easy solution take it or leave it I like the ability to talk to people and let them contact me. Pretty much all of my old friends have quit, so I don't mind being contacted by random people. I should be able to do this without my PMs being spammed by some desperate gold site.
  22. What card is it? Afaik all the 6xxx and 5xx cards play RS just fine.
  23. Still reserving Canada. Also please fix Vancouver Island, it looks [developmentally delayed]ed the way it is now.
  24. Even more pathetic that this has been around for a while, yet nothing has changed. Fun fact - The price per 10m dropped by 100k throughout the night!
  25. I'm really sad you didn't add something about about rice and microtransactions to that analogy
