  1. Well, if you haven't already, go to file-->open file, and choose the .xpi file you downloaded, as well as having Greasemonkey. Then, make sure it's enabled. After that, you merely have to go to runescape and start playing, and it'll open up.
  2. Agreed. I live in California, and I'm still in shock that prop 8 actually passed. I'm not one to bash religion, but prop 8 went way too far. Encroaching on the basic rights of others is wrong, no matter which way you look at it. It makes me giggle that so many religious people actually thought they were fulfilling their God's will. Does God not teach us to hate the sin, not the sinner? According to the bible, they were. Sodom and Gomorrah; God smote an entire village, letting only one family survive after much pleading from Abraham. He told Abraham to kill his son to test his faith; wouldn't a kindly god test Abraham's compassion instead? He flooded the entire world with a flood. He sat idly by whilst his chosen people, Jews, went through the holocaust. He creates people in order to send them to hell. Even if he existed, I would not worship him at all. There are two main ways to be Christian. You can do theological gymnastics, saying that half the bible doesn't apply or is symbolic, yet still worship it(which I have no respect for, as you profess to believe in the God of the Bible, where you are actually making him in your desired image) or you can be fundamentalist, and knowingly worship a God who is malevolent and is the biggest mass murderer of all time, AND believe that the earth is less than 15,000 years old (I think most of them think fossils are there to test your faith :P ) Yay for verbal gymnastics. Oh, this part of the bible means this, and this part of the bible means that. I'll just ignore this part, and follow blindly this part. Did you see the dictionary definition of omniscient? The Bible says that God is omniscient. Full stop. Are you disagreeing with it? Please answer this part, especially if you only answer part of this. So, he knows what's going to happen, but chooses to ignore his knowledge and hope blindly that they will do something, even when he knows they won't? Heh. What if I chose not to help him? Did God do that too, after all, he manipulated my life and created me, knowing that at some point I would be apathetic towards this man. So what you're telling me is that if you were born Jewish, you would be Jewish. If you were born in a certain time period, you would follow Zeus. If you were born in another, you would follow Ra. What makes your monotheistic God better than any of these? What reason can you give me to follow yours? You obviously don't believe in magic pixel fairies, why do you believe in this? There isn't any evidence for either. You still haven't satisfactorily answered Epicurus, but that's alright, I don't think anyone can :P
  3. (Small thing and kinda off topic a bit) Who said god is a he? Maybe god is a she or a heshe. That's why I assumed he was a Christian, or at least Judeo-Christian. The Bible refers to god in the male sense, while many others believe it was a female(They do, after all, bring human life into the world) The female worshipers are mainly native americans, I believe, but there are others.
  4. So. You believe that God does know everything that will happen. You're forgetting the creation part. God creates atheists, knowing that they will be atheists, and then decides to throw them in hellfire. God creates diseases, war, and murder, on purpose, to hurt you. God is a mentally challenged eight year old, playing with bugs and then punishing them for doing what he sentenced them to do perfectly conscious of what they would do. Humanity made the correct choices? Let's take the bible. God created the Isrealites knowing that they would follow idolatrous gods, then punished them for doing that. God created adam and eve, knowing that they would eat the "evil" apple and he would have to punish them for it. God created Job, knowing that he would punish him and his family for no reason other than a petty disagreement with Satan, and created Satan knowing that he would cause the fall of man, if you believe he was the serpent. Face it. With an omniscient, omnipotent god, there can be no free will. He knows everything that will happen. Everything is preordained. I never mentioned the creation part on purpose. It does not apply. Once God originally created everything, the possibilities were open. He saw and sees all those possibilities, but leaves humans to make choices that affect which ones actually occur. He may have a hand in everyone's creation, but that doesn't mean he forces them down a certain path, even if he has a path he wishes they would take. I never said humanity made the correct choices, I only said that God had faith they would make them. They didn't, hence the punishment. God does not make Atheists, they choose to become them. To be omniscient, you don't have to know everything that will happen, only everything that can happen (which is far more impressive). To be certain, God can interfere if and when he wants to, as with Job, but that's the point now, isn't it? INFINITE awareness. You just stated that god is not omniscient; he doesn't know what will happen. You just contradicted your bible. The definition of omnimax, which is what god is represented as in the bible, is as an omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient being. The definition of omniscience and omnipotent, is that he knows everything that will happen. God knows that an atheist will choose to be one, and that he will then punish them for it. He doesn't interfere in that, so you say. If you saw a man lying hurt in the street, you would probably help him, right? God has the power to help him, but he doesn't. In fact, because of his omnimax abilities, he put that person in that situation. Dealing with free will and this type of god is an exercise in contradictions. God creates people, knowing what they will be, has "faith" that they will change, but knowing ahead of time when creating them that some will and some won't, and then proceeds to punish the ones who don't. It's all futility. You say that God gave us free will. It's like giving someone tools, and then when they use them, punishing them for it. It's exactly what he's doing. Giving us the tool of free will, then punishing those who actually use them, instead of merely blinding following an ancient text that contradicts itself. EDIT: May I ask what made you choose the Christian God above all others?(I'm assuming) What reasoning do you have that it is preferable another kind of god.
  5. Since all food is declared good or bad when dropped, a piece of bad food dropped will always be bad. You can even drop bad food near the exits to stop runners from getting there, as they'll go in the other direction. The cannon has no effect on your points, so don't listen to fools who think it does. I find working on just one trap the easiest rather than jumping between two. Since you have all the other points this should be obvious, but : always remember to call, and if your caller isn't calling to you, it's best to just switch teams, lol :P.
  6. That's not really true at all, as far as I recall.. In the book of Revelations, Satan is said to be a "crooked/twisted/old serpent" just like Leviathan (who is described to be a serpent and monster). I looked it up and the exact verse is 12:9 The passage really can't be any more clear on the issue.. The riddle of Epicurus has been debated for centuries though, and it exposes the flaws of the Old/New testament God's supposed qualities. The correct riddle is: It's impossible to dismantle by logic. I think some parts of the Bible work against itself by assigning almost every possible attribute to God and making him logically implausible. I'd still disagree; it makes no reference at all to the Garden, to a fall of man, to knowledge, to a tree, to anything at all. Satan may be a serpent, but was he that serpent? Remember, this is a very important topic, and if he was responsible for the fall of man, surely Paul would have mentioned it? To be honest, you can really construe the bible to mean pretty much anything you want, especially Revelations. I never said that he wasn't a serpent; I wouldn't be surprised if people of that age saw snakes as evil cunning tricksters, regardless of mythology. I'd agree with your last point.
  7. God is Omnimax, according to the bible. He knows everything that will ever happen and has happened, and can do absolutely anything. Despite this, he created humanity, KNOWING that they would be seduced by a serpent. He created the serpent, KNOWING that it would seduce Eve. He created the tree of knowledge, KNOWING that it would be eaten despite his telling man not to(This is still ridiculous, as since humanity at this time has no knowledge of good or evil, and thus doesn't know that eating the apple is bad. "God told them so" is not a good reason). So, I come to the conclusion, that should he exist, he deliberately inflicted these "scars" upon you, on purpose, in full knowledge. That is, of course, if he existed, which based on this is not logical. If God is willing to prevent evil, but is not able? Then he is not omnipotent, directly contradicting the bible. If he is able, but not willing? Then he is evil, as he allows evil to happen even though he could easily stop it, as well as CREATING that evil, in the FULL KNOWLEDGE that it would be evil. If he is able and willing? Then evil should not exist. If he isn't able or willing? Then he's not God. ~Epicurus. Just as an aside, there is no mention in the bible whatsoever of the serpent being Satan. Not at all.
  8. Study up on meiosis. That ensures variety in organisms that use it. That's a fairly basic concept, you'd probably study it in high school bio. I believe warrior mentioned abiogenesis several times, but that's a newish theory, I believe. I don't know all that much about it. EDIT: Guy below me has much more details :)
  9. Hi. I've added the information about magic usage/attack runes, as well as gaining more kindling. As of now, I have not added information about shields, as we do not mention bringing any other armour other than lunar clothes into the dream world in the first place. Also, the only enemy that is fought(and thus make having a shield useful) disables the use of a shield at first? Suqah location is in the bestiary already. Thanks, and sorry about the time taken in answering. Any input on this is appreciated :)
  10. My forum name has absolutely no meaning and is basically random letters. My Runescape name is a song by the Allman Brothers Band, a rock instrumental over half an hour long.
  11. It's like telling Koreans and Japanese they're both Asians. Horrid analogy Nice job on ignoring my other points. I'm out. Points? You started talking about Muslims. Muslims and Arabs are NOT mutually inclusive. Christ Almighty. Forget it. I'll admit that the analogy was not apt. We're on a tangent anyhow. He mentioned Iraqi's all being Muslims first, so that's why I mentioned them, of course? The point is that, Iraqi's are not Arabian. They're Aryan. You can't call a German an Asian.
  12. It's like telling Koreans and Japanese they're both Asians. Horrid analogy Nice job on ignoring my other points. I'm out.
  13. Go down and tell them that! Yup. It's like telling a Korean they're Japanese. Sure, they're on the Arabian Peninsula, but so is Isreal. The word that was censored was Aryan, by the way. They were under the possesion of the Persians, until the Arabian Invasion. Some of them are Muslims, but there is also Christianity and other religions down there. Hell, a ton of them even speak Kurdish. Yes, I am using semantics; that's the entire reason for him thinking that Iraqi's are all Arab Muslims, and Obama is a secret Muslim Iraqi Afghani flag-burning homosexual terrorist. None of those are true, though I still can't stand the guy.
  14. Are you serious? -.- The Obama family is an extended family of Kenyan (Luo), African American, English, and Indonesian heritage Iraq is a Aryan nation. Not Arab, not Muslim. In addition, he's obviously a Christian.
  15. I don't believe in any supernatural phenomenon. I don't believe in leprechauns, ghouls, ghosts, vampires, witches, werewolves, zombies, or any gods, etc. Aliens, however, could very well exist somewhere in the vast universe.
  16. They have now fixed this bug. (Did it on my secondary account today) Corrected. Thanks :)

  18. You've answered part of your question already; you agree that a fury is better than a glory, a dfs is useful, and anyone can see that bandos is better than rune in every way. You have 100m in cash you say. Are you using it at all, or is it just sitting in your bank? If it's just sitting there unused, why not purchase better equipment with it? Then you'll make use of your money. I don't see a reason to not use some of the better equipment available, helping them speed up their training, when they have no use for the cash anyways. I can see I don't need to convince you of the superiority of other equipment; you've done that yourself in your posting.
  19. Just stopping in with my results: I used 1000 grey chins, praying hawk eye at ape atoll. I received approximately 130k xp, 85 ranged. This was my first time, so a fair amount of the time I was focusing on unoptimized numbers of monkeys. I did use Void. That gives me 130xp/grey chinchompa, but I'm confidant that I could get much more with experience.
  20. Sorry to post in your thread maul, but was just wondering: Comp said : "without void, you will be getting about 30% less XP" So Void is better at zombie monkeys, regardless of levels and setup? Just wondering.
  21. Graador is much easier. In addition, if you have the stats to solo Kree, then there's no reason not to go to Zilyana: you can easily get many more kills/trip.
  22. Nope. Thanks all.
  23. Well, I lost my fire cape for the fourth time a few months ago, and I've finally decided to go get another one now. This time, however, I have void ranged armour, so I'm wondering how it would perform compared to a conventional setup. I'm fairly adept at safespotting and luring fight cave monsters, so I don't need much defence. Below are pictures of my projected setups. Please note that I will not buy: *archer ring *ranger boots *unholy book Because I don't want to spend the cash and/or cannot purchase them due to junk trading/scarcity. Any equipment recommendations or experience on void in the fight caves would be appreciated :) I'll probably use emerald bolts and an explorer ring. I have an armadyl helm that I might use in the conventional setup, still deciding however. Thanks!
