No. It's completely unofficial, and on a completely different network. Bans there are NOT appealable here, and tip.it takes no responsibility for it. It's simply called that because many of it's users also use tip.it. Our official network is irc.tip.it , and the main channel there is #runescape. All operators on that channel are official staff(and have a staff rank here on forums), and all bans are appealable through account_problem.php here on the forum.

Which do you use? We normally use high quality .gifs. If you're using Paint, the best thing to do is make a .png image- we can make it into a .gif keeping high quality, so your picture is fine for our purposes. Mithril dragon assignments are so small and so rare I didn't bother blocking them I personally blocked hellhounds(no drops, crowded), steel dragons(crowded, very few spawns, slow xp), black dragons(see above), and kalphites(very crowded, few spawns, no drops).

I would personally recommend Karil's with a dwarven helm(gives +5 crush and +5 magic defence) Melee void would be faster, but you would probably get hit too much at your defence levels to make it preferable. EDIT: I see you do not have a bunyip. Karil's is definitely preferable without one.

I've had this glitch, as have one of my friends. I was able to home tele, but he wasn't and had to be rescued.

I reported this by accident before he posted the news. My bad. I've yet to ever play funorb, and I don't think I ever will. The constant advertising gets kind of tiresome.

Max pics I've ever seen ingame were 110. Same situation, fire cape, salve (e) in effect, piety, zerker, full dharoks.) They're on these forums somewhere. Perhaps you could try putting the salve modifier on afterwards instead of before? (Note: I have no knowledge of coding, lol)
