Double astral crafting is the best money maker for rc until 91. It's decent xp, but not amazing. Runs are faster than the abyss.

IMO, the order is dependant on how you deal with ahrim. If you melee him, then do Dharok, Karil, Ahrim and use your leftover prayer on him. If you range him, then do him last if veracing or gsing, or after verac if maging. If ranging ahrim(without verac's/gs), do Dharok, karil, verac, ahrim, guthan, torag.

It's only necessary to use an ectophial, which I have never used, and I've done hundreds of barrows runs. It's largely obsolete thanks to the Kharyyl portal in your house. If you have one of those, it's not at all necessary. In search/in Aid of the Myreque help a ton though, first for the swamp boaty whcih drastically reduces trip times, and the other for a bank nearby incase of missed equipement. If you don't have a kharyyl portal, then an ectophial is probably your next best option, however.

Make sure you do them in the chaos tunnels if you want charms. Other places drop little to none. Bring a couple of your best combat familiar pouches, prayer potions, and either zamorak brews or pure sets. Wear prayer boosting armour, black mask, whip+defender and pray melee.\ I usually get around 60-70 crimson charms a task.

I find that Summona gives tasks that would be usually assigned to lower level masters, but in much larger quanities. Duradel gives around the same quanities but of harder monsters that give more xp/drops. After blacklisting a few of my least favourite duradel tasks, I find Duradel to be a lot better than Summona, especially for xp and charms.

Only when you're attacking something-dealing damage or getting hit. It won't decay high-alching or skilling.

I know about the brews and restores, was just curious about the right armour. And yes I can afford Verac's Helm and Karil's Top. I do have a question about karils top: It is the same ranged bonus isnt it? Karil's gives better ranged/mage defense, which is important. If you can afford a fury, it's a lot better than a glory too.

You can't bring a familiar into teh fight caves. Switch the dragon boots for snakeskin/ranger boots. Use sara brews+super restores, you need the extra healing per slot. Brews heal ~15 hp per dose while boosting defense, and super rests restore more ppoints than prayer pots and restore your reduced stats from the brews. Verac's helm is the best possible item for head. Swtch the dragonhide body for a karil's top if possible. With an accumulator, you only use around 600 bolts/run. Read a guide, there's good ones in the AOW.
