When I did it my 2nd time, I used diamond (e) all the way through, and ruby (e) for most of Jad. Very expensive though, most people would recommend using diamond for Jad only, and using plain or emmy bolts for the waves. It was very effective though.

I find that usually giving new players items will corrupt them, they can't be happy with what they have. I always take the time to show people where places/things are, to give directions, and give adivice, or assist with refining skills.

Oh, it's still the fastest if you dont get killed, but it's annoying having to go back every 30 minutes when a revenant farcasts you from 3 screens away. And for 5 levels, the small amount of speed difference is slight compared to the amount of hardship from the wildy course.

Wildy used to be better, but revenants are annoying, so now we're stuck with the Brimhaven course.

Keris is only useful when fightning Kalphites, as it seems to get a boost and hits well above what it should, even when not using the spec. In all other instances, a whip is far, far superior to Keris.

The benefits of Shade Burning have decreased also as Splitbark has a very low demand right now, I'd say you could get better profit and speed by earnign money, then burning regular logs.

Gratz on your d legs drop, you've got much better luck than me. And like baller said, dont get cocky, if you step within melee range or forget to drink pots, you can get killed pretty quickly. I think they hit 18's with melee?

TBH, this game is a lot easier using a ps2 controller. Before, using a guitar i could only barely play most songs on medium, but now I can play songs like raining bloood and Through the Fire And Flames on Hard with ease. It does take some of the fun away though.
