But they'll spend millions on an SS, why not spend 600k for something worse than that but better than dragon scimmy? 1/10th~ of price but not nearly that low in effectiveness. Because you can sell it when you're done and not lose anything. If most, it'll flucuate a little, but that also means there is potential GAIN. So it events out... and even if you do lose a bit, it is made up in the time saved, no?

It's not really required, just faster and you take less damage... like every other non-safespot. I was thinking of that. But if you were to range upclose until they'e unnagressive then you would need 2 different sets of gear. Seems like wasted inventory space. And sure, toast. No you wouldn't. You stock up on Mage def when tanking, and Mage def = Range bonus. Unholy shield = Pray bonus with no mage def.

I guess you guys aren't understanding the question. I'm talking about when is one better on a certain monster? Would it be Iron Dragons? Steel? KBD? Mith? Edit: Xp/hour isn't preference.

We all know that Void is better on monsters with lower defenses, and Arma is better on monsters with higher defenses. Assuming I'm 99 Range with Broad bolts, where exactly do you think this point is at? The reason I ask is because I see people suggesting Void at KBD, but Black d hide at Irons, which has around the same (if not more!) defense.

See, piety is less efficient at the earning methods we're using, so we are limited to +10% strength, giving us an average of 60k melee XP at 100% attention. This + GWD = Fail

130k vs Time spent = more cash. There is an advantage. I'd personally go for #2, but that may be because I have a Unicorn... :roll:

It IS worth doing for most people, but the lower rewards now makes it seem worse than it is. I, personally don't do to it because I want 99 Summoning and Slayer ASAP. :roll:

This. And whip drops aren't luck... just estimate dark bows and whips are around 400-500. Whips aren't good money, do something like Green dragons or something.

Void is less accurate, so it's definetely just luck. It does hit higher overall, though.
