i dont think its 50% because that guy hits a 43 in the pic and hitting a 86 normal with a gs is hard It's a 50% (isn't it 25?) reduction in accuracy, not strength. The only thing that reduces max hit are the new spirit shields. No, it's 50%. You are right about it being accuracy though.

Actually I wouldn't be against that. I would agree that if you're in the top five for a skill, you probably know pretty damn well how to train that skill. Every level from 1-99 brings new knowledge, most/some of the time. From 13m-200m xp, you learn nothing.
