Not exactly what you're saying here... better when Mach Tornado [bleep]es? Always try to recovery using shuffle loop, it's the best recovery in the game without an exaggeration. The way Mach tornado's priority and hitbox is set up doesn't make for the best recovery... it's vulnerable at the top, which is how you get [bleep]ed so... Not sure, I could be wrong. I havn't checked in the competetive scene for quite a while...

That's only good for boss hunting; I wouldn't see why you would want a DFS. Rune defender is better for training. A dfs has higher str bonus. THe only offensive bonus a defender has over a dfs is attack, and as i said, if your attack level is high enough a dfs will be sufficient. And that isn't even counting the huge defence bonus. :) Your attack level is never sufficient enough for 19 atk < 2 str. Defense is, though.

Scarabites is the only non dragon exception. Everything else, go with Rune defender.

SirHemen, I hate to say it, but you are completely contradicting yourself alot here. This is a huge guess. This is not a valid argument. I fought some guy who hacked runescape and had 300 defence! I fought some guy who hacked runescape and had Over 9000(!!!) defense. They have the same defense, as I couldn't hit neither of them. ... (Your argument) However, you see, when you DO hit, you'll hit on the guy with 300 defense 30 (or so) times first. (However long that may take...) And defense is especially useful for tanking the minions; that's the source of alot of damage.

To the above post. Tl;dr... or, I read half, skimmed half. He is saying that he is averaging out the xp rates, which is the true xp/money rate.

Monsters have what is called a wander zone. If anything that is outside of their wandering zone attacks them, they will walk backwards away from you. For example, if you had a guard attacking you, would he follow you all the way to a bank? No, because that is outside of his wandering zone.

Don't count something as useless just because you don't use it. There's a lot of people who use it, which can't be considered useless. You could have phrased it "I think the legends cape is useless" though. It's useless to anybody with some common Runescape sense. If you can do Legends, you can spend 200k for an obby cape. Why waste the 200k for two more points? When I did Legends, I wasn't very rich (I'm still not), and I wouldn't go blow 200k just for a cape. Because it's better, and you can sell it back when you can get a better cape. Secondly, I did say do the quest, but I also said don't wear the cape. If you don't have 200k, make it. It's easy if you have the knowledge, which is what TIF is for. :thumbsup: I never said I can't make it, I just said I don't want to waste 200k on a cape when I can get a cape with almost the same stats for damn near free. Obsidian cape is free if you use a different sense of logic, as you can always sell it back. Legends quest takes... err... 2-3 hours, which for me is 2-3m. To a newb, it's at least 1m.

It's only worth it if you use Skill/combat bracelets/necklaces. Legends cape is useless; it's been in my banks untouched for over a year now. :lol: But it's a requirement for Karajma gloves 3. Edit: And RFD
