Luigi has an extremely good combo potential, ko power, speed, unpredictability, approach, and has a far reaching (although predictable) recovery. And has a projectile with some mindgame usage. No, I haven't been a low level farmer since the week farming came out :P. This was far before the magic secuteurs came out. Lol, I guess the lowest without a magic secateurs is 4. But everybody should use one now-adays anyways.

Are pet dragons a common drop at 99 summoning? Rare? Decent? Any rumours would help I guess.

But... yeah, I guess. But for a person who's just training, the whip is the best weapon, and cannot train str. Just train controlled. It doesn't make training slower, unless you need the stats now.
