Nonetheless I've known office professionals who spend their entire day in front of a computer monitor and have no visible degradation of eyesight aside from a bit of "eye fatigue" by the end of the day. Being somewhere near an open window can help out a lot. Focusing on the computer can "bore" your eyes so stimulate them with a greater amount of the light spectrum! The surgury I was talking about is called laser eye surgery it's a very minor procedure that cam fox any major problems with sight,although I'm far from an expert on laser eye surgery I am fairly certain that the effects of it are minor.
