  1. Nah, 2000 total requires a lot of work and a helluva lot of clicking! Skills like mining etc that he has low are ones he will max later because they are useless and only require a few clicks like cooking or fletching. OT: Congratulations, awesome feat. 376 more levels to go... 10/10, this's much better than something like mining any day, woot!
  2. Aww sorry I missed it buddy, 10/10 of course! A massive congratulations! The first part is over, now you have to prove yorself by getting 100M Slayer XP!
  3. You put in the offer for min price and you got it, what are you complaining for? You knew what you were doing.
  4. I deny these allegations I'm a troll. Also I did attempt to attend the Halloween party on world 81 last night but it was so laggy I couldn't move! Did any other Tifer attend? I saw Mungo there I was there for a good 4 hours, nothing fun. I've no idea if this's a hint, very possible they meant Bugged. :?
  5. Rather funny reading through all these comments against Jagex, saying they didn't deserve to win. Well, as one company started up by very few people to grow over the past 9 years I think they most certainly deserved the win. If so many people went out of their way (In reality) to cast their votes for Jagex well then you should stop moaning. They've built up a good fanbase/customer base so that these generous people would vote for them. I've played all the GTA's since they were pretty much released. But I am still playing RuneScape since I started, GTA got boring after several months. Don't you see?
  6. "A few"... yeah right. If it were only a few players doing it, then would mass inflation be major? I used "a few", in terms of the people I could stop. I'm not going to be able to kill every person gaining EP on the several worlds that it's possible...:-|
  7. I'm not going to go that far out of my way to stop only a few people doing it, it wouldn't be worth the time and effort.
  8. Chances are the majority of the votes on the site, the 1.2M votes, were probably from RuneScape players...
  9. You are so pathetic. And you have some lip to come onto these forums, hide these "RWT" methods while making a topic telling Jagex to fix them. How about you stop doing them, you report them, you report these gold farmers (Yourself, more than likely, too) and while you're at click that pretty little signout button and get the hell away from these forums. People like you are unwelcome among normal people, really. As you can surely already see, unless you're here to try and troll? Just do us all a favour and leave.
  10. Then to combat RWT yourself you should use your head and report the methods... Also, this changing the PVP system isn't to combat RWT but moreso just 76k'ing in general, abusing the PVP system to profit in such a pathetic way.
  11. This guy reminds me of how Master_Smither used to act back when he first joined and got 99 Smithing. All he did was badmouth everyone else for not having 99 Smithing. Quite Laughable really. Rsw44 has matured a lot since then though, he's a good friend of mine now. Yeah right, he's not changed a bit. Hence why he's on my ingore list since I removed him two months ago. Still the same narcissist as he was way back when. On topic: 3/10, "Crappy" levels, as you put it don't really deserve much more, really. Sorry. If you didn't think it's a good achievement, I don't see why you'd bother posting it?
  12. You'll die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when youre too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work forty years until youre young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, drink a lot of alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating... and you finish off as an orgasm. Yeah, I think that's about right, enjoy life, TheBlazikenMaster! (Note, not really sure if that's allowed, edit if necessary!!)

I believe this was the same case with a previous event? Correct me if I'm wrong. I think this time it was with Emotes, if you did this event you got the previous emotes unlocked with previous events..
  14. Where did you get that reply on the video from, Mike Ike? Very odd stuff..
  15. 7/10, used to see you everywhere now..nowhere. :-(
  16. Most certainly not! Sonic3190
  17. Think of it this way. About 50% of the activities most players do day to day are universal and are small things. I'm talking using banks (including walking in and out of them), entering combat, using spells, changing equipment and using common items. You've got about 25% which is semi common and shared with a majority of players but less then the mentioned above. Things like safe spotting, more advanced combat (familiars, multi weapons, multi styles, etc) and so on. The remainder are understandable to miss. My biggest gripe is how long does it take to test the day to day stuff which 99% of players notice within minutes. I think that was the one thing they missed out on, and in trying to fix it quickly not enough was done and it had a major knock-on effect for everything else, which you mentioned above... They don't know what's going to happen, you know. Anything's possible when they don't get enough time to check that tweak so they can get the update up and running properly instead of waiting until tomorrow, or the next day or the next day. One can only learn from their mistakes.
  18. what in the world are those things?? did things really change alot after I left for a while lol? I believe you're talking about the Tormented Demons? They're a monster only accessible after completing While Guthix Sleeps. They drop Dragon shard pieces which are used to create the Dragon Platebody and also drop Dragon Claws. Take a look at the Bestiary - http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=1223 Nothing to unspam.
  19. Found Here: http://services.runescape.com/m=devblog/view_post.ws?post_id=14&page=3 So yes, I still reckon the current system that's in place will do just fine as it has done. Thanks I was hoping someone would post this as I always forget to bookmark it. 2*100000=200000 hours Say each member of the team works the average (according to wikipedia, using the values for the UK) 1652 hours per year. 200000/1652=121 121/20=6 Yes according to Andrew the whole testing team for a game with millions of registered players only has 6 testers. Yes thats 6 testers. I highly doubt they play the game, think edgeville bank issue, running and eat/drinking/changing equipment which the average player found in a few minutes of logging in. Yet this update changed everything, you should never expect Jagex to find all bugs in something new.. I wouldn't expect them too. There's just too much!
  20. In the guide (Here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=73) it tells you the following - This isn't correct, you've to balance on the ledge and if you have 50 thieving you can picklock the two gates. Otherwise you'll have to make your way across the agility obstacles which can result in a rather large loss of health. Once you make it to the end, there's a room to the right (I think..) that has a tunnel in the wall that you pass through, and then you meet the zombies. I personally had to go to another guide to find my way through this as I had missed seeing the tunnel. I believe this's the same for the Underground Pass guide, too. Thanks, hope this somewhat helps. Carl
  21. Sorry, just to add to this: I found where it said hours of thousands of players is equal to years of one small team testing: Found Here: http://services.runescape.com/m=devblog/view_post.ws?post_id=14&page=3 So yes, I still reckon the current system that's in place will do just fine as it has done.
  22. The security keys...? How, exactly? It's basicly a USB stick, I'm sure Jmods themselves tested it, but needing "normal" palyers to..? I don't quite understand the need. Not like they're going to experience it any different than anyone else..:?
  23. Where the hell do you get off? They're not on thin ice, they are releasing strong updates, the economy..well...that speaks for itself and is only players to blame.. But here's the thing..Generals are paid who sit at the top. They're paying those who are working for them. Yes, do we understand that much? Now, Jagex are paying themselves, those sitting at the top are the ones who built that company and have it expanded so much they havr 400 staff and so much in-game content. You're paying them, and the moment you're unhappy you don't have to worry about "Quitting" because you need the money to survive. You can quit at any time and actually SAVE money! Yeah! Now do us all a favour.. First off, they are on thin ice. The economy is a major sticking point which, due to their long running interference with the G.E, the G.E itself, and their inaction/failed action against 76king, they are mostly responsible for. Furthermore, a year of short inconsequential quests (a feature on which they, and many players, consider themselves "the best"), a very lackluster first 8 months, mobilizing armies spectacular failure, and their potion update being greatly compromised in a manner that rubbishes it, they aren't on particular stable footing. I should have clarified on the general statement. I was thinking of ancient generals. Greeks, Romans, and so forth. A general who succeeded was greatly admired, wealthy, and popular. But, should his luck fail, he would quickly become reviled. This could often lead to exile, execution, and other unsavory consequences. Similarly, any corporation that specializes in entertainment will get a lot of slack when doing well, but the moment they begin to falter their leash becomes rather short. Edit/P.S.: I get off by having a functioning brain, freedom of speech, and the fact that Jagex haven't exactly wowed me in recent years. Interference to get the economy working properly again due to fools abusing the PvP System/GE. (Players to blame..) Year of short quests, right...Did you happen to miss out on all of the patch notes etc? Which was their main goal of this year, to clean up the content we already had. Jagex wouldn't be much affected by people with your attitude who quit, because there's still hundreds of thousands of players daily who enjoy the game as is and will continue doing so. Updates? I don't think you can really say if an update's bad, generally, that just means you didn't enjoy it. But you don't speak for everyone. Still finding it funny how you're comparing war with all of this and generals.. It seems, going by you, Jagexs' luck has been failing quite a lot, but they're still here, you're still here, I'm unsure as to wether you're a member but most people who post here are. And most people aren't complaining. If you find a problem with Jagex taking what..just a few hours to make a humerous video for their customers to give them some insight well then I'm afraid you have some problems. :-| Afterall, they didn't have to post this video? What if they really did act like this all the time? You're none the wiser.
  24. I agree with this suggestion, completely. You will here any old Pkers saying that "Pking is about fun", huge sums of money don't need to be there to have fun, you can do it without profiting. I think it'd be awesome, basicly, the same as Clan wars free-for-all? Except ones receives a specialty reward. EDIT: Oh, and perhaps leave revenants on these worlds?
