His work is interesting. I'm not sure i like it too much, though it will be cool to see what you come out with.

It's promising to see so many people interested. I'd be part of the fun if my camera was working, though i'm content with what i'm doing now.

#1 also seems a tad blurry. It may just be me though. #2 has got brilliant contrast, and compo but it is boring. There is nothing which sticks out. You should try taking a photo at -1ev and +1ev and do HDR on it.

The Christmas Photography Challenge! We need an end of year photography challenge! Basically, the photographers of The Gallery have been in a bit of a slump. So i'm planning a photography challenge. The theme is "Christmas" and you need to take a photo of anything 'Christmassy'. That includes anything in that range. There will be two sections: Non-Edited Edited That means something Manipulated or Not. Non-Manipulation = Photographs taken with a film or a digital camera featuring a minimal amount of colour and exposure adjustment. Manipulation = Photo manipulations are images that have been composed of two or more photographic elements to create something new. The Rules: 1. Everything has too be your own. That means any photos, manipulated or not, have to be yours. 2. When you submit a photo, make sure you say what category it is in. 3. No mroe than one photo is too be submitted for each category. 4. And (cliche or not) have fun! How to Vote: Basically you can vote twice, in the sections Edited and Unedited. And you can't vote for yourself. So start again D:. Solid Inc - What I found

Ovverall they are quite good.

I agree with ouchy. I am quite horrible at pixelling and my first thing took 7 hours. I didn't pixel for a omnth, and now i'm on my third. I haven't shown anyone at the gallery my stuff though :-#

http://www.vinyltap.co.uk/ 8-) Over 100k vinyl recordings in stock.. Has known ones like Johnny Cash etc., and a ton of artists who are relatively unknown Awwwwwwwwwwesome. And I agree with you that giving gifts is the best part. It sucks to be my age, though. I can't afford nice gifts, even though I have great ideas :P Just make'em. I don't even have the money for the supplies so i'll improvise on the day.

Do I get a reimbursement on the time wasted to read that? Or if your being cheap a tl;dr?

I think I might get one second hand too. Probably a Sony A200, or a Canon 350/400d second hand. Maybe an Olympus, but I'm not so keen on one of those. You?
