Try Tomorrow, When the War Began. Great text, easy to read and lots to write on it. I love that book and couldn't put it down. In fact, try you could see if you can nail three texts in one, by summarising the whole series. Of it doesn't work pick the Ellie Chronicles. Not as exciting but good nevertheless. By the same author, it depicts what happens after the war. Either that, or some obscure Tasmanian Sci Fi book :twss:

Good thing that we have tough people in the world like you. But wow. That is horrifying. I hate hearing things lie this. They traumatise me and all that jazz. Heck, I read a book about a Nuclear Holocaust, then read the thread "2012 Apocalypse" or something similar and had nightmares for a couple of nights. I'd advise seeing a councillar, doing really safe things to soothe your feelings, have a cup of tea, and thigns like that. Talking always helps. But man. That is really freaky. It is good that your feeling traumatized. Shows you have acute feelings for the emotional human structure. But take it easy. And try not to think about it. I know what you mean. Muslim extremity. In New Zealand, it is culturally insensitive, apparantly, to Maoris that sitting on a table is very disrespectful. They believe that your bottom is the worst part of your body, and shouldn't touch the table, where food is. But the big, resident, Maori guy in my class does it all the time. To the bold bit. By any chance do you get it hard over there? I've heard really horrible stories about Iran, and Iraq, things like that. I'd choose a more peaceful Middle East country, something like Bahrain, or Yemen. Yemen.

I'd have to agree with you. And they get a nice texture after them. My second favourite biscuits. My all time favourite, with a cup of 'ot chocolate, and a book, is a plate of ANZACS. The oaty goodness, and fruits combined with a sweet honey...ohh....mmmm. Then there's TimTams. Too bad Americans, and British people can't get them. There a biscuit with a wafer in the centre, covered in a light chocolate cream, covered in a chocolate coating. They are divine. But to differ from the norm, get one, bite off both ends, pour yourself a hot chocolate, coffee, some Irish Cream, but something, strong and creamy, and suck through it like a straw. The inside disintegrates, left with a hardish shell, then you pop into your mouth.. A TimTam Slam. And make sure you use Double Chocolate, or Caramel.

This is pretty cool. Sounds amusing, and stress relieving. Until all these punks steal everything I do, the way I act and so on and forth. Meh. But it looks great fun. And lol at the cigarrette spinning.

#1: Too much blank space with nothing but blur, which destroys flow. #2: I didn't try a black and white sig till I was reasonably good. I have only done 2 ever *points to knight siggeh* #3: Get some excitement. It is bland, a bad colour. You can combat this, while keeping it B&W by adding some c4ds Try changing some things, and for the love of Pancakes, do some damn blending!

I agree. If it is truly world 99, Edgeville Bank, you can't go wrong with a hyt. I mean, that basically is tip it's ingame base. Can't wait for the result.

I got my computer back yesterday, and immediately went about making my signature for the Render colab board. Here is the outcome, and I have posted 3 versions. V1 I realised I had much too much wireframe over the render. V2 Changed text around, and added some other stuff, more colour. V3 This is my favourite out of the lot. Need notes on how to change and make better, etc, etc... Dunno if this helps with depth, made some changes -

There not considered, just viewed, and looked upon. In 21st century, women lead the business world, and things like that. There's no reason men are higher above women. just because it was like that in history, doesn't mean it should be like that now. We need to learn from our mistakes. I don't think it is wrong as such to hit a women, but i'm a scrawny kid, and most girls in my class could beat me up :lol: . If they throw the first punch fine, but you should not throw the first punch ever. Its called common sense. There is also a thing called Gentlemancy.

Well I don't actually go to mass, as such. I go to Communion. I don't go because i'm force to. I don't go because of peer pressure (my sister is liek teh hardcore (which is good)), But I go on my own free will. I feel connected with God there, and I feel connected to the world. I go because I believe in Him, and to learn about Jesus. But being honest, I can't stand the sermons unless there buy our Youth Pastor. Our priest, she sorta drones on and on, so I usually whip out a bible and just do my own reading. Either that or go off with the Sunday School kiddies. :lol: 8-)

Well yes, and littleboy does, but you can use Gimp which is totally free, and IMO better for signatures. THeres heaps of decent guides out there as well. Little, wondering if you wante to do a colab? You start, and pick whatever rendder. And don't make the smudging too good plk0z

Good really good. I'd love to try things like this, i'll see if one of my frends has a tablet. But anyway, great job on the hair, as always. I'm not a big fan of the background though. Looks very brush on colour, and speaking of brushes, that is an excellent set, i too myself have it. But nice job overall, again more contrast could be needed, but the colours suit it. Good work.

I mean, its really cartoony, which is in no means bad, but the way it is conveyed, and 6-year-oldish. You might want to try sharpening up the lines, and pay the heck close to anatomy. If you need real life pictures of things for anatomy, someone suggestd Marvel Comics. IN fact, there really good, I suggest you try them.

Try http://www.deviantart.com And don't be fooled by Gimp's free attitude. IN the right hands it can be as, and sometimes more, powerful than photoshop. The top signature makers here use the gimp, including I. Heres what I suggest to start off. Before you open a tut. Open a blank canvas, with a white background. Then get to familiarise with all the features, like smudging and blurry, burning, gradient maps, filters and the like. Make sure you open the easy tutorials. Download brushes from places like http://www.deviantart.com. In fact, if someone could post thru's brush set that would be great. Sign up to http://www.deviantart.com. So make sure you sign up to DA, familiarise your self with the community. Always ask for C/C (Constructive Critism) and not ratings, as it will hel you learn, and listen to us at the Gallery! Oh, I almost forgot, but to load things onto teh intrawebz, sign yourself up to www.Imageshack.com, so you can show the gallery, and the world your graphics. Phew!
