Spinning hasn't been increased in speed (it's same as it used to be). Same as Varrock body, that doesn't speed up smelting. Jagex lowered the speeds ages ago as a "hidden update" the speeds you get wearing the bonus gear is the previous normal speed.

Used to do this in Classic for Strength/Attack prayers, it's really nothing new, it's like 8 years old :)

Your not suppose to meelee Dust Devils?????? bunyip is way enough to stay healty,you might aswell use a rune defender for faster kills ;) Been tested, you kill faster with DFS because the +attack stuff on RS really doesn't do much, for some reason +strength is better than +attack (where as it should be the other way around, accuracy > strength).

You're correct, but only if you do Specials. Your best bet is using a Scimitar for normal then once Special has been restored use the Longsword. Why not bring a DDS instead? Anyone who uses a DDS in training is a complete idiot, fact. You should never use poisoned weapons for training as you don't get the xp for the poison damage.

just had a waterfiend task, he has yet to learn about armadyls negative melee bonus Phoenix only attacks with Magic... but that super strong man in the banner doesn't only mage... The man... What? The bird only uses Magic, therefore he uses Armadyl because of its +Defence (mage) stat.
