There is a way to do it if you use SwiftKit. If not... A skill level of 126 needs 188,884,740 xp. This is why I think jagex chose 200m xp. In Runescape before summoning, the number 126 was a BIG number. Jagex made it so that when they do let you go beyond level 99 you will stop at level 126. If not when. LeetScape's signatures go to Level 126, play around with them if you want to find the Xp needed for levels over 99.

Xp is saved as double and not integer, so 2.14B isn't the overall-xp limit. Jagex just chose 200M xp, that's all.

Jagex also own runescape.fr (france), it just re-directs to their 3rd language, they own quite a lot and a few more languages will be released such as (imo); Spanish, Dutch and Finnish.

No, that's just lag, you do it with loads of specials, the reason it looks like you're standing away is because the "emote" that the special does stands still and moves for a long amount of time.

3 round system wouldn't work with the weapons we have available at the moment. Maybe if they made a minigame and added some weapons in there then yeh, but remember, they'd all have to be the same speed.

Mammoths and another creature were developed about 2+ years ago when "private servers" where "new" if anyone can remember, there was an official response to them by Jagex (as you could spawn them on the private servers but there weren't released in the official game).
