The Somalian push for universal high school, and the attempt for universal college/trade school has been successful, and now I am working on building up a national guard, and a militia for self defense. I have sent several dozen scientists to Haven. As well, the capital city is having a major infrastructure overhaul, repaving roads, working on better sanitation, and cleaning out any remaining gangs. This project should take 2 years.

They have said they would like to enable single combat areas in which combat familiars could attack, but the coding would be hard. I want to see this honestly.

Can someone post some of the dailies and how much profit it makes? EG buying and selling 64 B staves a day=70k profit, sand from bert, etc. I know I am missing some...

Using the Magic Secateurs, you will always get at least 5 herbs from a patch. But the average comes out to be 6.7. Some people even get around 7 average. Also, you must use super compost.

There is almost always SOMETHING to aim for. My bank is worth between 185-210 mill, and I still want some things I don't have yet. (Red Phat, Ely SS, etc.) The thing is, alot of people play RS to make and achieve goals. Once they achieve them, they may not have thought of another one, and they quit.

It isn't a chance at wealth, it is guarenteed. True. But your plants arnt gaurnteed to not die... They are guaranteed not to ALL die, is the point. Including deaths, you average 6.7 herbs per patch. Its a statistic. You may have dead herbs one run, you may not have any die for 5+. With your logic you shouldn't do GWD, as you could have a dry trip and lose money. Personally, I am growing toads+snaps/rannar from slayer, just because I am waiting for seed prices to adjust a little more.

Rex gives extra mage xp per damage, I forget how much. I believe the same is true for general xp at corpie, as corpie has a damage reducer, you gain the xp for what you would have hit without the reducer, not for what you really hit.

Depends partially on your herblore level. If I have room, I pick up cadantine. I normally pick up most higher herbs, like the ones above avantoe. Honestly, PC the herbs and see what they are worth. Make a call, if its over 1k and you have room, take it. If you get a better herb/drop just replace that herb. Looking at your level, I would pick up avantoe+

Although I would have bought it when it was 4m, I would sell now if you have the junk. If not, try to get a item being merched or something, like a rare for your pick+cash. Santa comes to mind.

Level 48 CD seem to drop quite a few blue charms. I got around 10 in 45 minutes.

This. Although I believe you have to pay for alcohol 120%, however you can get a free demo of Alcohol 52%. Daemon/alchohol basically make a virtual CD drive, and you then mount the virtual CD in this to run. There are many options out there, and even DVD's can be ripped with the right software.

I use ACP+Arma Skirt+fury+ranger boots+robin+zammy book, unicorn, and broads. +197 range bonus, +125 range defense. Pony and ee kept me healed easily.

What are they working on? And who are my allies, if any. Is there war going on between any two or more nations at this time? If this is about the year 2060, then what technologies are worldwide known? Also, how is war wagged, as in deciding who loses and all. I am this year working on my peoples youth, working on universal college or tradeschool for all. In several years, my people will be harder working and smarter, resulting in a slightly higher GDP, less crime, and encouraging tourism. The military is working on increased enrollment. Am I doing anything wrong?

According to the rules, I can take any country I desire, as long as it isn't a capital. As well, I was told to use wikipedia to look up South Africa as it currently is in 2009 an use that as the "state of the union" for my country. However, if there is something I am missing, and I am mistaken, I will take Somalia. Yet I will need an update on that country. Joining late sucks... I wish to begin formal diplomatic discussion with grimdeath.
