  1. Well hello thar. I discovered the website threadless.com some time ago, and finally decided to make my first tshirt design and put it on there, see how it goes. I decided to make a halloween themed design. On a shirt, and with another background, it would look like this: It is supposed to be a huge halloween pumpkin, with some skully creature hiding behind it, both in front of a giant semi-abstract tree, with all sorts of things in there. Now, as I mentioned, this is submitted to Threadless. Their system works as following: You put a design on there for critique, get comments, and if you think it is good enough, you can submit it to the regular competition, where everyone with an account can vote for it. The top something-hundred get picked every week, and are judged by a team of judges. They pick the best few, and these get a grand prize of 2000 dollars + a 500 dollar gift certificate (Or an additional 200 dollars in cash instead of this certificate). These judges look at the highest scores ofcourse, but also at the comments, and at the times the box "I'd buy this" has been checked. So here's the idea: In order to help me win this, you can create an account on threadless.com. You go to this link: http://www.threadless.com/submission/132096/Halloween And score whatever you want to score me (Although 4's and 5's are more than welcome ;) ) and perhaps check the box "I'd buy this". Note, they do not oblige you to buy anything, the box is just an indicator for them. They will notify you if the shirt wins and thats that. I don't know if this will go anywhere, but I thought heh why not give it a try. This is also very fun to do, designing shirts, perhaps you guys should give it a go. Thanks for watching and thanks for possibly voting ;)
  2. Rune legs drop from the 650 zammy boss.
  3. Why do people keep saying that >.< "We'll also be adding the usual website extras like the Postbag from the Hedge and the Players' Gallery, as well as a brand new Development Diary." DEVELOPMENT diary. Its not an achievement diary. The dev diary was about audio this time.
  4. Samurai-hammerpirate ._.
  5. * These Prayers cannot be used at the same time as each other. This little star is behind all the prayers from 46 and up, Plus the three protect prayers. Meaning the new prayer CANNOT be used at the same time as the Smite prayer. It also means you cannot use any protect at the same time, like protect from melee. So, a big boost in stats over de ability to destroy your enemies prayer and, in case of the wild, getting his stuff. Is this worth it for pkers? This looked like a great prayer for monster slaying etc, but if you can't protect, you can't use it against the highest of monsters..
  6. Yeah, its nice. And quite a harsh contrast to some of the other works. I mean, take a look at the second an fourth one. What are these doing in the player gallery? :\
  7. 2.2m mage exp in 1 day without the 'bug abusing' dream/charge spells.

ZOMG YOU USED MODEL U NUB U CANT PAIN YOURSELF NUUBB!!!  Looks good, althought I'm not sure about trying to copy the example in such ways. But oh well. But.. WHY WHY WHY did you save it as a crappy .jpg? It ruined the whole pixelimage.
  11. I pced it all from 83 to 99. With the record of 2.3m in one day. Ice barraging in pc with 250 points on hand before starting. But I also trained alot of hp with pc, so theres no real telling actually how much I pced precisely.
  12. The cliff he is standing on is totally out of perspective. The part where it reached the ground, right at his feet, looks a bit smaller as the ones farther back, which are supposed to be way back in the background. The character is a total stranger in the landscape, it doesn't match. Volcano looks nice, although the highlights on the smoke could be a bit more subtle, they look like splats of lava on the smoke right now. Overall, good job.
  13. Wee :D Very close one, very very close. E-highfive back to you mate.
  14. Lol. Seriously, lol. You sig stinks, to put it bluntly. Sure, his sig isn't top quality either, but don't go pissing on someone when your sigs are even worse. Besides, you entered the same sig in 2 battles? Talk about lame?
  15. Thanks for the comment. Alot of the stuff you mentioned is mainly just fillers. The "Meer info hierzo en hier" is just ment as a filler, to be replaced with relevant information as soon as it gets used. Same with the code, price, disclaimer, etc. Was working on adding the 'Uitgebreid zoeken' function.
  16. Nice one mate :D Good luck there.
  17. I wasn't sure what exact word to put there, but it's just an extended shopping cart, removing things, plus checking out and paying for the products.
  18. Yeah I was thinking about changing paswoord to wachtwoord.. It's not that much of a deal, paswoord is decent dutch too, but wachtwoord might seem a bit more logical. I'm still doubting wether to go with a version like this, 9 at a page, or a scrolling page, with like 30+ products on there. Don't know yet. The search functions is staying where it is, because I like it there, it's clearly visible, not hidden somewhere, so it shouldn't be too hard for people to adjust to this. Or perhaps I can place it in the orange stripe underneath the menu, alongside the sitemap. Will discuss this with my mates. Posted a little update. Things yet to fix: Perspective on the home icon. Align the blue rectangles at the top of the menu with the ones beneath it. And finish the rest ofcourse XD
  19. I'm working on a project for school atm, for which our group has to create a complete webshop. That includes a layout ofcourse. We haven't spoken about it yet, tomorrow is the first meeting, but I went ahead and started on this. xD We got assigned Cd's and Video's (DVD's) as the products to sell. NOTE: This is a heavy heavy WORK IN PROGRESS, so it is far from finished. Little explanation: Top left, the login screen for existing customers. A register button/link will be added later. Some text and finishing touches will be added too. Top middle, header with the big menu, with icons. Haven't made 2 of the 4 icons yet, and it's not yet clear wether 4 will be all the icons, but oh well. For now, I placed some placeholders. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that the light-reflection thing under the home-icon is smaller as it is under the cd, but I'll fix that in the next update. I'm also aware that the perspective on the house is off, fixing this too. Rollovers for the menu will probably be something like a spotlight focussing on the item. Perhaps made in flash. Top right, a placeholder for the logo, which isn't done yet because we haven't got a proper name for the shop yet. Middle left, the shopping cart, with all the items you've placed there. If you place anything in your cart, it appears there. Has yet to be made and finished, some text, lot's of finishing touches. Nothing here yet, just the shape. Middle, content area, where you can look at the various products for sale. Every page will contain 9 thumbnails, with an option to view the specific details of the product you want. Has yet to be made too. I put the outlines there, to give a general idea of how the section will look. Bottom left, search function. If you're looking for a certain specific product, you can search here. A link for advanced searches with criterea, for a more specific search. Yet, I'm aware that that line does not start with a capital U. It's because the font does not support capital vowels. (That's a vowel right? U A I O E?) Will fix this in the next update. Bottom, blue part. Little disclaimer and copyright stuff will be here. Left and right of the thing will be some small speakers of sorts, in the same style as the icons. Voila: Started on this yesterday, so not alot of hours in this yet, although I do have quite a bit of sketches done on paper. All illustrator. *edit* Oh, and a few more edits: The menu, with the icons, will be a bit smaller. It kinda looks too big. So, I'm moving it a bit left while resizing it, leaving a decent space at the right for a header with a certain photograph and the logo. Theres also going to be a bit of space between the header and the content area, to show a little map of the site, where you are at the moment. Like: Main>Shop>Cd's>Rock, or something like that. *edit* Things yet to fix: Perspective on the home icon. Align the blue rectangles at the top of the menu with the ones beneath it. And finish the rest ofcourse XD Latest update: Added the last icon, put up a stockphoto for the banner (Note, this will not be the final banner, this is just a filler). Moved the search feature upwards, where it is easier to notice. The empty box will be used for featured product or something similar. Added a 'scrollbar', just visualising how things would look when coded. As 9 products per page is a bit of a low amount, the part will have a scrollbar, enabling more products to be shown. Another update, not done yet.
  20. Dunno, until it looks like nobody is voting anymore. Yay, I'm in the lead :D
