Well this is me saying this but most likely 99% of the people here will agree with it... If you had a 99...Why in your right mind would you NOT want to buy a skill cape lol. Unless your F2p of course...Or if for some extremely outrageous reason you spend every last penny you have on a 99 skill then are too lazy to earn a measly 99k just to buy a skill cape and quit right there on the spot... Not likely though :D You might not wanna buy the cape because you have a better cape. It'd be kinda pointless to spend 99k on a cooking cape if you have a construction one. yes but they come in different emotes and trims, which makes them unique in each cape. i personally would spend 99k on every single 99s i achieve.

need a quick way to 94 mage...affliction has ejected the world finder out of their site and i am no longer valued to their service. if anyone can suggest a pc clan BESIDES HEART UNIT that will be very thankful. i also need tactics that wont involve alching.
