I don't think they would make you pay, since you are covered by your job. But they could fire you. I heard some stories yesterday at work of other accidents. This other guy when he used to work valet, he got a Corvette Stingray. He took it on the streets about a mile down. He took it to 7-11. When making the u-turn, some1 hit him and smashed the door in. He took off like crazy and brought it back. Luckily the guy went to a party, and came back kind of drunk. He brought him the car, and opened the door wide. The guy got in and left. He came back the next day, but since he left, there was no proof that we did it. lol, yes devil, we do floor fast cars :D . We have a small straight away that we can floor first gear in the little parking place. But it's dangerous, my cousing almost hit a car that was backing out while he was flooring it.

Everything? I can't stand driving anymore. Everybody asks me to go here, go there, go buy this, go pick this person up, go bring me here....i hate driving now.

yea, i got real lucky. lol pet worm, you'll get used to it. My first accident was backing out of my own parking.....hit a corvette *Slaps head* I have bad experience with this. Maybe I should try to actually look the right way when i reverse, instead of just the mirrors.

Well it seemed like a good day at work. For whoever doens't kno, i work Valet at a condiminium. 1 hour till I got to leave, the other valet tells me to go get a car. It was a BMW X5. I get in the car, i turn it on, and i start backing up. The BMW side mirror on the right side tilts down so you can see the pavement. I look in the left side mirror and the rear view mirror and it's all clear. As soon as i start backing out, another car perpindicular to it starts to back out also. I didn't see it cuz i kept lookin in the left mirror and it was on the right side. Well......we met up :cry: I thought I hit a parked car, but i knew there was no car behind me. When I got out, i saw the other car. It was like a 99 Corolla.....The BMW had 2 little scratches on the bumper, while the corolla....i dented in the side. :oops: I pissed my pants, i thought 100% sure i was gonna get fired. We got the supervisor and the manager, I was shaking. The manager told me to relax and that nothing will happen, and they will pay for it. Man.....I'm out of it since then, i still cant believe it. The second time i had another accident while backing out... :cry: first was with my own car. Well i just felt like i needed to tell somebody, since I'm not telling my mom...she'll go crazy.

I know how u feel Andrew. I remember, I used to get a call like every 2 days, a collect call. I never used to accept the charges, but I got sick of getting the calls, so I accepted once. It was somebody asking me for my name, phone number, and where I live. That's all he kept asking me. I told him "You called me, you should know my number".... It freaked the crap out of me. I went to my cousin's house and we changed our phone number. (I was about 15 then) Probably what scared me most about it, was that while in middle skool, i threw a pencil into a car. The car followed the bus to the bus stop and it was 3 black big guys *slaps head*. They never knew it was me, but i skipped skool the next day. Then friends kept teasing me, saying they came to the bus stop and they told them it was me, so I thought the ppl who called was them. But in your case it's different. A couple of problems with this: BILLS....Most people don't have enought money when they're 60 to retire is because they're paying bills every month. Just because they're old doens't mean they dont have bills. And not everybody has 600k just sitting in the bank. For the putting the 30,000 in the bank....I'm almost 20 (in aug.) and i have under a grand in the bank. Who the heck has 30,000 just sitting around when they're 21, unless you have rich parents, that ain't happening. I have car payment, car insurance, cell phone, DSL, shopping (dam those good looking clothes :cry: ) gas, doctor fees (which i visit a lot :cry: ) , and plus going out a lot hurts even more. Your way would work, if there were no bills, but that ain't happening either.

The best thing for them to do is to quide you the other way, and also tell you that its your decision, and they tell you about the consiquences. If it's to tell us that ppl can get addicted to MMORPG's......WOW, thx for telling us something we already knew....There's plenty of ppl addicted to games, while there's plenty of ppl addicted to TV, intercourse, food, and sadly...killing. You can be addicted to just about anything these days. And don't call this a drug. I don't pawn in my materials hoping I can get 5 dollars to "feed my addiction". Oh, and life isn't always about learning things (mostly is) but not always. Life is meant to be enjoyed, since it will be a gone in a second. Not true. If you are tryin to convince a closed minded person, all you have to do is disprove what they believe in. An open minded person, you have to present proof to REALLY back up your belief, since they will always kind of believe in something else. Ok it's hard 2 explain, here's an example. Me as a Christian, I have to tell the good word. For me, it would be harder to convince an open minded person because they believe in other things also. To look cool? Yes maybe, but 10 out 10 ppl who start doing drugs to look cool, WILL GET ADDICTED. I don't see homeless ppl on the streets saying "I'm homeless because I was addicted to RuneScape". Most of the homeless on the streets are previous drug addicts who cant fund their addiction. Again, I don't see homeless asking for 5 more dollars for another month of RuneScape. I don't see them pawning in their wedding ring to add more days to their subscription. It's pathetic that you see a game worse than a drug. If you think so, go ahead, smoke pot, drink, snort coke, sleep with whoever u want. By your posts, you make it seem like you would die faster being addicted to a game then being addicted to a drug. So y bother, go ahead.
