Does anyone think this will actually work? A new forum is nice and all but with no new rules to prevent normal H&E topics from going off topic this really does nothing. The normal H&E will still be spammed with people posting advice that is not relevant to the question. That and what exactly will be posted in the meta gameing thread? According to most of those users that would post in it there's only a handful of ways to do things efficiently. Once those topics all get covered then the forum will pretty much die. I'm sure you won't be able to ask questions such as whats the most efficient way to charge air orbs, or to do anything thats not the most efficient method possible i.e. kill forsts for money and buy everything els. If you asked questions like that in the Efficient H&E i'm sure you will get booted even though your asking for the most effiecient method to do it. Two H&E's will just make things worse for both forums. You will get the people posting links to the efficient H&E in the normal H&E and people asking the "wrong, idiotic,ect" questions in the efficient forum.

I was wondering this as well. It's unfortunate that the other Group spells can't be easily tested (can Heal Group even be used?) in Castle Wars... Heal group and heal other spells don't work in castle wars. You get a message saying that you should use bandaids on them instead. I'm not sure about cure other and group though. Anyone have answers? Would be a shame if this is usless in pvp minigames.

never mind beaten to it. This dungeon is actually great for training. If you trap the rangers the crabs will never go non agro and you can stay there forever. And brackish blade with no prays or pots does 350 hits quite often.

I didn't realize anyone was still on a precious metal standard... Lets say the EU, Russia and China get tired of US posturing and dump the dollar as the worlds reserve currency. Your now screwed because you have nothing backing up your dollar. Countries with high exports don't have that problem because they can then sell their exports for whatever the new currency is. Since you import so much your screwed because you now have nothing to buy those goods with. I don't feel like refuting your entire argument because others have already done so, but there will never (ever (ever)) be no wars for more than 10 years. And that doesn't count any aid that the US gives to other countries. Which is the whole reason your screwed. Your money is literally worth the paper its printed on. Why do people think that the US will never fall from being a super power? Lets do a quick test. Name one thing that is actually still made in the US. Missles ect come to mind but if there are no wars to fight who will actually buy them? The only thing that i've seen in a long while with a made in the US sign was a pen. Sure they have some oil exports from the gulf of mexico but that took a nose dive after the bp explosion. And even with all of their oil production they still have to buy most of their oil from other countries. In canada right now, especially in alberta, they way we get our oil is we sell our crude oil to the US to refine, then they sell it back to us for a great proffit. Guess what? Alberta is making its own refinery now and when that goes up a great part of canada won't need to buy any oil from the US. Don't forget that the US is now engaged in several wars around the world, their supplying arms for virtually free to isreal, doing multiple drone attacks into pakistan, ground wars in both afghanistan and iraq, enforcing the no fly zone in libya now, whcih the US just volunteered nato to be the sole enforcer of that. Where do you think all the money for all of this will come from? tldr- US isn't exporting anything anymore and is slowly going bankrupt. China might not be the next super power but the US is going down.

My current binds are hood, hex and bax. I'm not sure what i would bind for a 4th tbh. I'm debating right now between -blood-less need for food. But it doesn't work to well with hex since you will mostly be attacking at a distance -prime plate-best defense but lowers range attack so isn't so good with hex -sag body- great mage def and raises range but lowers melee and since you pray mage mostly the def isn't as useful as plate -prime chain- not as good def as plate but doesn't lower range attack, it even has better crush def. i'm leaning toward chain atm then getting sag chaps when i hit 120.

Why does this argument keep coming up every time someone quits? Yes its important to manage your time. But i'll use myself as an example. I live in the middle of nowhere with it being at least an hour and a half drive to any town/city that is worthy of being called that. Unemployed all through the winter because right now all my work is seasonal until i get enough cash to afford an appartment in the city. Now I have nothing to do but either read, play on the computer or watch T.V. Of those three i have more fun playing on the computer and so i'm playing 4+ hours a day just because I have nothing els to do unless I want to drive three hours to go see a movie or go to a bar. Both of which i can't afford at the moment. Now of course your gonna say i'm obese and have a lousy social life. Social life, I could probably use a boost but like I said theres nothing out here. To being obese, I'm a lifeguard and i do find time to keep myself in shape. If you don't spend half the day sleeping there is plenty of time to play 4+ hours a day and still keep yourself healthy and have a decent social life. Yes there are some people who can't manage their time but can we please stop with the stereotyping.

Then being burned or dipped in acid or some other method enabling all of your nerves to be destroyed but leaving you alive. Then being put in a box and not be able to feel, hear, smell, see, or even taste anything and slowly die of thirst, starvation or lack of oxygen depending on whichever you find most horrifying.

I think it really depends on which transformers jagex is going to do. G1 or G2 woulld probably be geared mostly towards adults and they could probably get away with lower graphics ect just because of the original series graphics. Who knows, might have a nostalgic apeal to the older fans if the graphics are similar to g1 or 2. But if there is even one mistake the fans would tear jagex to shreds. If they base it off of the latest sereies, animated or whatever its called, where its a young childrens cartoon it will probably flop from lack of intrest because it would only apeal to the newest fans. I would hope that they got chosen to do a game for armada/energon or beast wars. Something thats newer but doesn't have an entirly kid fanbase. If they do a teaser for the third movie it will probably flop because Jagex would have to do some killer graphics, which isn't gonna happen.

Any pics of the ceremonial swords yet? Depending on how they look i might get one just for cosmetics. Unless of course they're dwarf size.

Ya it stinks. Biggest peeve i have is with stargate atlantis. Last episode atlantis returns to earth and destroys a wraith super hive... Now what. Do they just leave peggasus and watch as an entire galaxy full of people gets literally eaten alive. What i also hate for animated shows is when they make a sequal so far down the line that the voice actors have either quit or died, and they hire new actors to play old charecters. Great examples are the 4th 5th and 6th digimon movies where the voices of the main charecters are just junk. first article- Cheating servers would never work. If jagex sells gold themselves then rwt sites will just lower their own prices. When jagex lowers the price to much then no one would buy gold from jagex because the rwt servers would be full. All the high level content that people bought would be full and there would be no point to doing them. Those accounts would then go back to rwt sites to get gold for normal servers where there is less competition. and everything goes back to normal. second article- The cash could be being diverted to refilling their reserve money that was lost from mechscape. Jagex could not be lieing that it won't have an effect on rs but they just want to replensh their cash reserves incase of another emergancy. Another thing was left out was that jagex was also recently sued and they had to divert cash for that.

Slayer doesn't really need new harder slayer monsters. If harder slayer monsters come out then slayer will just get even slower. What we need are more monster specific weapons and weapon updates. Such as an enhancement to keris and other monster specific weapons that will make killing monsters with those weapons a better option. Updates that will make slayer easier if you actually use slayer items. Slayer is supposed to be about finding a monsters weakness and exploiting it to you benefit, which is useless when rapier can kill monsters faster then a weapon that is supposed to be custome made to kill those monsters.

Theres an easier way. If you right click attack on the mole just as he burries you will follow him to his new location.

That the second level locator or higher from mobalizing armies can be used to teleport you to red dragon isle in the deep wilderness? Pkers tend to avoid the area because of lack of people but if you run to KBD lair or the deserted keeps lever and tele out its faster then using the red dragons in brimhaven. Some risk involved of course.

You never know. The guy making $8 might have won the lottery or gotten a big fat inheritance. Therefore is only working because he enjoys the work. While the guy making $45 goes on a vacation every other week because if he works another day he'll snap and kill someone. I like DIY but i just hate the time it takes up. My goal right now is to get a full costume room and getting all the items from clue scrolls would take years, not including the time to actually get clues. The only thing i've been DIY latly has been mineing and making gold braces from scratch, but i've been selling them on the GE so not sure if that counts, and getting my own frost dragon bones for prayer. Maby i'll try making a DIY account one day just to see how it is. Don't think i'll be able to do it for long though.

Elelemntal workshop 4- Yay! I throught they would use law and nature for gloves and boots, you know the whole right arm of the law and boots being the closest thing to the ground. smithing update- eh. Depends on if these burial armours will give pray xp as well as smithing. Since you will be burrying dwarves apparently. The rail track thing might also be usefull if it unlocks new tracks. RoW- Great! Gonna be a while to see if it will actually be worth it though. New increased unique drops from slayer monsters and bosses seems useful. priate quest- The pirate quest will be the first dungeoneering quest... Gonna be a great month.

Don't forget accuracy. You will never ever hit with a shortbow unless you have ranged top + legs bound. The only thing you should be ranging is mages or rangers anyway, so you don't need that high accuracey. Everything els should be maged.
