Thanks for the suggestion. I would run but it gets cold here in the winter, and we live out in the middle of nowhere where the graters don't clear the snow off the roads unless we phone in a complaint. Looking to see if i can get a treadmill or a bike machine for a decent price.

I used to stay fit by doing a lot of swimming and lifeguard training. But we recently moved and there are no indoor pools within reasonable distance so i've started to let myself go during the off seasons. I recently bought an old bench press from a neighbor and i'm wondering what an effective routine would be that would develop the muscles used in swimming. Its a weider pro 256 I have two 10 ,15, and 25 pound weights for it and dumbell sets of 10, 20 and 30 pounds. i get the basics of sets and reps but i'm just wondering which exercises would be best for swimming. my routine so far is exercise-sets-rep squats-2-14 leg extension-2-14 leg curl-2-14 lateral raise- 2-14 shoulder press 2-14 bench press-2-14 dumbell curls-2-14 sit ups 2-30 i'm also finding alot of recomendations for rowing but i don't have a machine. so are there any other exercises i could do for that or are the ones i'm doing now good enough. are there any exercises that would be better then the ones i'm going to be using with the equipment i have?

Any idea if the book of char does anything or is it just an emote? edit- and if anyone els is wondering you can store all 4 pets in the managery

Same goal as last year, fill up my costume room... again. I always get so close then something comes along that forces me to sell some stuff for cash :evil: And I hate the minigames that are coming out that require hours to get the full sets :evil:

How is i t a good buisness model for jagex to basically discourage people from accepting modship by saying you must spout the party line and not get a pay check for it? First it makes people lose respect for the current p and f mods because now they are basically drones serving jagex and can't have an opinion of their own. And it discourages people who actually want to improve the game from joining because now they can't voice their concerns. All that is left now are the attention [bleeps] who just want the crown as a status symbol and will most likly abuse their power. Then jagex will lose their free police service and actually have to spend money on real mods to do it.

My plan was to get 99 sum then go kill drags for all 4 eggs and save up bones for 99 pray. But i'm coming up a little short on cash. So do you need 99 sum to even get the dragon egg drop or just to hatch the egg? If you dont need 99 sum to get the drop then i'll just start on dragons for the last little bit for 99 summon.

All i want for chirstmas is red barrows armour. Blood for the blood gods! skulls for the skull throne! Cookie to whoever gets the reference! And queen black dragon sounds prommising. I always hoped one day they would release a queen white dragon or wyvern though. So we could finally see what those would look like. edit: is that a dragon kite or just a tripped out dragon square??? And what gloves do you think they will use for the full set? fog or rfd dragon gloves?

I havn't seen a topic about the upcoming ultimate avengers movie so I thought that I would make one. So what are your opinions about the upcoming movie? I just finished watching captain america and to be honest i'm a little skepticle about how the avengers movie will be now. For those who don't know there is also an ultimate avengers animated movie and it is looking like the plot from the new movie will be very different from the animated one. It is going to be a shame if they change the movie to much because the animated movie was great. Most of what they are changing is with the captain america plot. For instance in the animated movie captain america attacks hydra while they are building a doomsday weapon. It then turns out that the leaders of hydra are actually aliens and for whatever reason were helping the nazis to win the war. Captain america manages to crash the missle into the ocean and destroys the alien spaceship and then gets frozen in the artic from the cold water. In the new movie the leader of hydra is just an evil super soilder who was given the same drug that captain america was given. He then finds an ancient alien power source and uses it to power his doomsday weapons. Now in the animated movie the power source that hydra uses is actually the power core from the alien ship that captain america destroyed. The aliens then attack the avengers in order to get it back. Then there is also captain americas shield. Stark says that the shield is made of vibrainium and that its the rarest mettle on earth. In the animated movie its explained why it is. Vibrainium is the mettle that the aliens use to make their ships hull out of and is all but invincible. And the only supply of mettle they have came from the ship that captain america destroyed. So it will be interesting to see how they explain how they got vibrainium in the new movie. I'm also currious as to how stark got captain america's shield in iron man 2 since he was frozen with it. There are some possitive changes that they are making however. For instance it was never revealed how they got doctor Banner, aka the hulk, to work for them. If you watch the end of hulk 2 however there is a scene with the general talking to Stark and stark saying that the general needs his help with some problem. So in avengers its going to be likly that iron man helps to capture hulk. I just hope they aren't going to change it to much because in the animated movie there is a face off between hulk and thor and i'm dying to see that in real life.

So we know that there are at least 100k bots, probably more like 400k if they run 6hrs a day, thats at least 20m. Now per act of botting??? Do they mean every time you log in with a bot becuase if they do jagex is going to get a major cash stream if they go through with this. Now if they only put that cash into advertising to bring player numbers back up.

And the day goes to jagex. meanwhile... Investors: What! we lost over half of our paying userbase! Reset! Reset! Ya we knew the number of bots was high, but over 50%? What's that going to do to updates?

Ya... I'm getting the sinking feeling that their method of taking out 98% of bots will be jagex selling their own gold...

Did it ever occur to that Abbas head of the Palestinian Authority is not the majority. Abbas pushed of the the Palestinian election because he knew that he would lose and Hamas would gain control. This means that most Palestinians support a terrorist group that Israel can't negotiate with. Lets not forget the Landslide victory of the Palestinian Election in 2006 And if you dont negotiate with terrorists they terrorize. But if you talk to them and find out their greivences then you will have less terrorists.

So what will all the people who voted against runescape do if, double enfises on if, jagex's update on tuesday really does nuke bots and make ft playable again? I could see the pr reps in jagex tower crying at their desks because they didn't finish it a week sooner.

you are right talks can only be through Israel and the Palestinians. However the Palestinian Authority is meant to represent all of the Palestinian and Israel can't make a deal with only part of them. As long as hamas the terrorist group represents a great part of the Palestinian, Israel can't negotiate. What you are saying doesn't justify going against everything that already has agreed upon. Did it ever occur to you that actually talking to the group who has the most support from the Palestinians might actually change something rather then treating the minority as if their opinions are the same as that of the majority? But no. Treating the majority of palastinians as if they dont exist seems to be the only thing Israel is capable of.

So bots go off of item ID's for leaving randoms right? What if every month or so jagex would change the exit portal on randoms. Say one month have it be a portal another be a cave, rope, trap doors ect. would that change an items ID and mess up bots enough for jagex to be able to distinguish them from other people? It would only take out bots for a few hours every month if it would work but jagex could then do mass bans on people who get stuck in the random. then if jagex would do something to prevent the creation of bots such as: only so many accounts able to use the same email bring back tutorial island but make it longer to complete a manditory period where an account can not use free trade or wild say a week or two or all of the above would that deter bot makers enough if it will take a week or two time investment for a bot to be viable. Then have that account banned in another week or two when the next update to randoms comes along.

Checked my work email today and I have like 20 scam emails in my spam folder. Aperrantly I just got 100k loyalty reward points in total :thumbsup: I would like to know how they got that email though because i have 2. One that I use for games ect that I never look at unless it's for conformation emails ect. And the second one is purly for work that I don't use anywhere online.

I like making combi runes durring gop though so i want to stay on a members server if at all possible.

i'm looking for a gop world to try and get master rc robes but the themed world on members is always empty. Are there any 50/50 worlds or unofficial gop worlds?

So do you just need omni and elemental tallies to max out the hood? Or does omni only cover part of the other tallies.

So whats jagex's idea of medium? Would an entire new bolt that requires fletching, smithing, crafting and finally herblore be considered a medium update? Does this requirement make sense to anyone els? How can a reward not be combat related but benefit combat??
