I do agree with some of your points, their joining with miniclip has fuelled the inflow of immature little brats, they could do better when it comes to bots and the customer support is a joke.

Off Topic - What makes you think that? On Topic - Runescapes economy would not die if there were no bots, as other people have mentioned people would simply get the resources themselves. And also, the game was designed to work without bots!

There should seriously be a new kind of mod that can go round banning macroers on the spot, Jagex has way too much red tape to fight though when it comes to banning accounts
