Prestige is for doing something you haven't done before. Leave you dungeon, leave your party, and press the reset button on your ring. Do the dungeons again and you will see you get xp for prestige now.

Edit my team had it... Personally i found that being a high lvl and teaming with a low lvl that has high range gets about 300+ xp a dungeon and it's pretty easy overall. I run at complexity 6, and we usually fight pretty low lvl creatures. The bosses are usually pushovers as well. It's been much faster for me than soloing.

I ranged 13k black dragons over the course of 6 months and didn't get a visage. So don't get your hopes up =/. Then again i have seen people get 2 within a week. So even if someone were to tell you a "drop rate" that doesn't mean that's how many you should expect to kill to get one. By the way i was able to kill about 150 to 200 dragons max a day. If i remember correctly that was about 132k to 176k range xp a day.

Autoers were never really killed, and i don't think they will be. Although, i do think jagex has done a great job at greatly reducing their numbers, and even stopping some of the current ones. I usually see an auto fisher in the guild every week or so, but they always end up getting stuck running back and forth until they get reported and banned =). Sadly i do know some of the more popular areas to bot such as red chincompa it is easier to see bots. Still, nothing like the problem we had in the past. In my opinion most of the direction with autoers is either to train someone's account, or to beef up an account to sell. Instead of the autoers who just did it for the gold to sell.

It's hard to even give an average amount of xp for each one. I had days where i got 3 in one inventory and then another 2 that day. Out of nowhere then i would have a dry streak for 6+ months lol

A few days ago i was seeing people sell full battle robe sets for around 10mil each. They may be in short supply at times and hard to buy, but overall they seem cheaper then things they are traded for.

Someone should track him down and get him reaquainted with todays markets...see how he likes them now! Yeah that would be interesting. He did go on to write a few articles in 07. IF you sold it on the ge for max it would be gone instantly. That disk you have is very high is demand and has a much higher street price then what the grand exchange price says. Yes you would be ripping yourself off. You can use that disk to upgrade to another higher partyhat, or use that disk in a trade to buy yourself an item that is also high in demand that doesn't sell on the grand exchange. If you really just want the cash i suppose you can sell it, but honestly i think you would be better off using it in a trade or just holding onto it.

So the update to the spirit shields has finally happen. I am really wanting to see what they look like because i might buy for aesthetic purposes (yes i know the cost but i don't care). So if anyone has an arcane, spec, ely, or divine that is willing to help just please post a picture of you with it equipped. :smile:

Yes there is a glitch with skill capes where you can lend them. Then the player with the lended cape has 99 in that skill

Any other tips on defeating nomad? Do any protection prayers even work? What style of attack is he really using? I was in barrows but died, by the way you can't teleport out of the final fight, and if you try to leave me clones himself lol. Although if you die you get a gravestone right outside.

It's refreshing to see a different point of view. I agree with about everything you say, although i wish jagex would give us a little more insight into why some things are done that some of the community is so against. (in jagex defense i think they did a great job at explaining what they did with the trade/pvp updates against real world trading) I also do understand that they can't always state why they are doing something, to possibly spoil a future update, but sometimes their intentions are not so obvious.

So i am planning on getting 99 prayer, but before i buy anything i want everything worked out. Can anyone who has experienced getting 99 prayer give me a rough estimate on how many marrentills they used?

Correct me if i am wrong but isn't it the fact that pvp drop items that can be converted into cash that is the real (part) of inflation? Sure 76king brought tons of that in, but pvp will only continue this right?
