At 80 range with no other bonuses but the range strength from dragon stone bolts the max hit would be 254. Add void and extra levels on and you have some seriously fast training. Who knows, maybe even a special attack? No. Just no. They said it would be the same speed as a chaotic bow, which is the same speed as other crossbows-- 4 speed (5 on rapid). That is too slow to be efficient for training. I completely disagree. I used to train with mithril bolts and a c'bow and got some decent experience. With such power and accuracy of course it will be efficient training. So...since YOU trained with a crossbow, and not with Knives, you're right, and other people are wrong? Sorry to tell you this, but the best range Xp comes from throwing Knives and Chinchompas...Crossbows do not compare in training, at all. Not even with Onyx bolts. And do you honestly think a No-ammo bow isn't going to come with some other draw back? Perhaps it randomly destroys itself like the handcannon, perhaps it has charges and dissapears like Pvp items, perhaps it has the same style as Barrows and Chaotics, it lasts for a time, then needs to be recharged. I don't see any reason for third age to really rise in price or why the old wildy would drive third age's price up (explain why you think so?) Only more comes in game, not to mention speculation of new armor/boss (see the frozen door thread and the life boosting armor thread), as well as a promised smithing update. It will probably still hold a decent value, but with the information we have no i don't see it gaining anything.

There are options in the duel arena to turn just about everything off so that won't be a problem. The problem staking used to have is people changing options right before you hit accept. And if you didnt' read the second screen carefully you would find yourself at a disadvange becuase someone changed something you didnt' know about. Also as some have said earlier in this or other threads, most staking was pretty strict. The rules were all well thought out before any duel.

Even going along with what you feel, the community has been wanting to feel jagex is normal just like everyone else for a long time. Years of a cold company with almost little to no interaction with the community left most people wanting more. The past few years jagex has really upped that with more posts on the forums, community events, and speaking to the public. Honestly feeling jagex isn't some company but just a normal person like anyone here is what people have asked for.

Some people are simply uninterested in the fact it drains prayer, reguardless of how much more useful divine may be. Ontop of that some want to buy for the status, the looks, and there is no denying it is still useful.

Despite me being against this i am happy about staking. I have always had fun watching staking videos and have quite a few friend who will return if this happens. Be nice to see world... 21? Or was it 27? back and full of stakers.

Maybe they actually sorted out something with a bank or Paypal or something? I would really really love to hear what precautions they would/will/have take(n) to stop the game going completely FUBAR. What's changed since 3 years ago? By changes i mean all the things they did to "make up" for free trade and old wilderness. Pk and bh worlds. The various times they moved things around in the wildy, ge and it's machanics, item lending. Although some of the updates will still be great after free trade is back (ge and item lending), it just seems like they wasted good development time trying to fill what they took out.

So i had no idea i was voting yes i really wanted to say a big no to this. Also this seems to leave a few holes in the way the game is now. So what will happen with the ge with free trade? Street and rare prices? What about botting? Credit card fraud? They did make these huge game changes for a reason, and after spending years trying to make up for it they are just going right back where they started? Seems like this is going to cause quite a lot of problems. Also i find it funny at all the people that want the old wildy back. I seem to remember a large amount of players saying the wilderness and pking system was broken before these changes. On a lighter note i will be happy to see staking making a come back.

The only thing im interested in on this topic. What the hell is a hot pocket? I googled it, think its some kind of bread with filling (cheese/ham/etc). OT - Live life the way you want. Basically it's a frozen processed form of "food" that is sold in north america, possibly some other parts of the world. Comes in a variety of flavors and forms and as den said, it's a bread "pocket" filled with some filling; cheese, pepperoni, or some other meat. You can microwave it for about 2 minutes and have something.. good tasting to eat? It is usually stereotyped with being popular amoung avid computer users, nerds, or gamers because it doesn't take long to cook.

I am not sure how much you are will to spend so maybe come up with a budget for the system. As for advice, i suggest you get a good reciver with it. Make sure you have plenty of inputs for your tv, xbox, and pc. Buying online may be a good idea because you can read plenty of reviews, probably get free shipping, and maybe get a holiday deal. Try looking around newegg.com or amazon. Usually pretty accurate reviews, good ratings, and great prices.

lol where the helled u hear dat As far as i know from his yt channle is that he isn't playing any other game. I don't but this vid is just him pretty saying he quit In the video at around one minute he says he quit for the new expansion of farmville or something. But the timing coinsides with the release with the large expansion for wow, cataclysm (december 7th). Which is where perhaps some got the idea that he is going to play that, although i can't speak for Squisher. That's what my understanding was when i watched the video.

Short answer is no. Although there are a few pictures and posts floating around of people getting elys given time. On top of that, they have been recently losing street(recently as in within the past month) and people speculate that in the near future street may be completely gone.

From my experience sniping even within 5 seconds of ge update is slow. I made about 5 attempts at sniping one with all offers within 4 seconds and even some to as close to the update as humanly possible and only 1 went through (as in i was fully paying attention while camping and the ge updated). How did he in any way shape or form imply anything other then BOTS. He said "i blame bots" :mellow: One of the things i have learned about the runescape market is whenever the community seems to have a grasp of what's going on and can semi accurately predict what will happen jagex throws us an updated to turn everything upside down (introduction of the grand exchange making party hats junk, pvp statues, random updates affecting the economy ect. and no i am not implying jagex does this on purpose)I see partyhat prices to continue onward unless some sort of major changes comes along. Which reminds me, back when jagex announced mechscapes (stellar dawn now right?) they said the community would be cannibalized (i think that's the word they chose). If and when stellar dawn is released, i have a feeling if the game really takes hold and the runescape community is split between games that the market can become very volatile. Whether that means even more of a price hike due to people quitting or a price drop because many players who once wanted the hats left. If partyhats were to become max cash ge i can see some of the lower 3 falling since their street is around there. Based off of past items getting closer to their street price, they usually crash before that happens.

I don't put another offer in, i just keep clicking on my original offer and when i see that my offer that was max, that is no longer max, i click max again. So are you saying i can just sit on my offer, and hit the max arrow without having to go back to the main ge page? Because if so... #-o Wow thanks i didn't know that. Glasscube i was just browsing varies forums and seeing people complain they were still faster then their bots (ones that rely on ge not the website). If they can detect it that fast i am not arguing anyone can beat that :-D . I guess i just didn't find many people praising them.

Ok i understand. By refreshing i mean click the back arrow on the offer screen to go back to the main ge page. Have 2 offers in the ge, one have an offer for min for an item you know will rise. Next put an offer for max for the item you are trying to snipe Every time you "refresh" you are going back and forth between the two pages. Every time you do so look for an hourglass, as well as seeing if the max price went up. Hopefully the picture helps.

Not trolling, i don't even see the point in posting how the ge should be fixed You tell him his post isn't' helping but.. 1) This is a thread following the trends and prices of various popular rs items 2) Posting a solution isn't going to get anything done, so that's not going to help either and doesn't pertain much to this thread 3) The poster was trying in put his input on the situation because people here have been asking about ge sniping, and thus ge sniping bots 4) He was also talking about bots that do so through the ge, not the website. That's why he mentioned the problems currently ge bots have. As even for the bots that don't follow the website, it still has to watch ge. From my experiences sniping, all i did was hit the arrow button on my offer to refresh the ge and clicked back on my offer until it changed, and i saw that instant change. The hour glass DID NOT appear unless i refreshed my ge screen. I did a test where my wife and i sat next to each other on our computers. I constantly refreshed my page. All she did was stay logged in and watched her ge. After i refreshed my screen the hourglass showed, hers did not show until she refreshed after seeing that mine changed and hers did not(we had the exact same offers in for everything). I never had a problem sniping anything anyway. I snipped myself full dragon (or), and a fury kit. Yes i know other items such as partyhats are not as easy, but i still see people having a hard time getting items i have. So overall i still see the biggest problem being other snipers. Ge bot snipes of course happen but i still have yet to see a bot that can FIND OUT THE GE UPDATED as fast as a person. Yes they can put offers in faster than anyone, but there is a lag for them to determine when the ge updated. From using different ge update websites myself, i often had all 6 ge offers in 30 seconds before the website would even say the ge updated. Of course if someone would like to post evidence that a bot can DETECT ge update faster then a person i would be willing to believe that. But as of now all i have found are bots that are overall slower then a dedicated person. Partyhats trades often involve high street items (fury kits, although they are dropping), pumpkins, disks, divines, and of course other partyhats.

Based off the ge charts it has only updated 4 times since their release (the staff anyway). So it looks like every few weeks to over a month for an update. The other parts update even less often. Good luck with your snipe. Bedmen managed to get a piece off the ge so maybe you can steal some of his luck.

In world 2 a week ago people were selling for about 12 to 14mil cash. Not sure how accurate that is now but hopefully that gives you a better estimate.
